Who else will Amber's team call as witnesses for her counterclaim? Who will Johnny's team call for rebuttal?

She has to prove he defamed her with malicious intent through the words abuse hoax, fake, and fraud.

He has to prove she defamed him with malicious intent by saying he sexually assaulted her, by saying she is a public figure representing domestic violence, by saying that insitutions protected him as an abuser, and not her as a victim.

Rebuttal can only address or refute evidence that has already been given.

Her team is recalling Jonny depp tomorrow

Given how slow he talks, that will eat up even more of their time!

Its risky for AH's team and Elaine will need to get her questions phrased properly otherwise it will be objections galore and a waste of their limited time.

Does anyone have a list of rebuttal witnesses? I saw one somewhere but can't find it again.

For her counter suit. But since it was actually his attorney that had the comments and that relationship is protected, he doesn't really have to answer anything!

@Midlifemusings I've heard rumours JDs team will be calling Jennifer Howell to challenge Whitneys testimony and Kate Moss, and i've seen some people speculate on SM that they may call the police officer who arrested AH for DV and professionals who can challenge the authenticity of her photos and injurys. It will be interesting to see who and what comes up during rebuttal.

@Sozzler yes I heard that too regarding the officer that arrested AH for DV which is why I wanted to find the list of rebuttal witnesses and I can't find it now!

It’s relief to get facts in a thread of spidey senses and gut feelings.

I’ve already posted my experience of taking my niece to A&E with a limb fracture to be told she had also broken her nose. She didn’t actually have any visible sign at the time at all.

Most probably rebuttal for depp are Neumeister (data), dr curry, Kevin Murphy, Samantha McMillan, Jennifer Howells. There is also a forensic pathologist on his witness list Kimberly Collins.

How is that facts? It is a twitter thread with one real picture (?) and one doctored picture. What are the facts?

The police officer is Beverly Leonard if anyone finds a list!
