The best bit was the sass from the judge. Sammy (her assistant?) handed her a note. She said she couldn't read it.
Then she turned to the lawyers and said something about sorting out jury instructions tomorrow, including "Sammy's penmanship". 😂Poor Sammy.

They clearly weren't allowed to ask about the arrest etc for whatever reason.

This woman also tried to clear her name back in 2016 after Amber and girldfriend's smear campaign against her. While she didn't get to say much, I am glad she got to testify

Re shitty text messages: Once, my DH guilt tripped me by phoning me with DD3 (as in third DD) wailing down the phone at me on my first fucking afternoon to myself in over two years.

I responded with the most furious, sweary, air turning blue text I've ever sent. Every other word was an obscenity. If that had been read out in court, I would surely have seemed like an utter psycho. The reality is that 27 years on from meeting, neither of us have ever laid a violent finger on each other. I just needed to vent. And yes, he did learn that my time off was mine, and he could fucking deal with the kids and home. 😁

I can't believe she was actually smirking while he was talking about his finger and about her punching him 😳

If you accuse one of lying/triggering then it is just as easy to find examples of the other doing the same.

My god what a horrible thread. This isn’t ‘fun’, it shouldn’t be a spectacle or a circus. Bloody hell. I heard someone on another thread say their daughter had been hit by a boy at school - and when she responded he said “Don’t be an Amber Heard”. The social media/gutter press surrounding this domestic abuse trial is absolutely disgusting and you lot seem to be wallowing in it.

Pretty sure she was legally obligated to appear.
