Heard doesn’t look great, why did she record so much and not just with Depp, she records herself and it’s not great- any of it. Telling her dog she will kill it etc it’s bizarre.

The money this costing, could be better used elsewhere. Heards legal team aren’t the best.

The whole thing is just awful and I can’t believe it is aired on television as must-see tv. Whatever the truth, it is absolutely none of anyone else’s business (outside of their families and law enforcement). People are enjoying watching two individuals attempt to destroy one another. It’s just wrong that Americans watch trials as entertainment.

Yes. The hope that she is lying is the only thing that makes this entire circus palatable. Otherwise what we have is an abused woman being torn apart at the behest of her abuser on a world stage while the whole world shouts witch.

It's awful. To echo the previous poster, it's sickening that it's been aired to the globe and treated as entertainment by many.

She's already proven her case. Depp is an abuser. His appeal failed. This judgement changes nothing.

I don't think she is lying. I just think that's how the audience justifies their gaze and judgement.

Actually, yes really. I've read everything and watched everything and he hasn't 'proven' she's anything other than someone he holds violent and abusive feelings for. Johnny has some good bots trolling for him though.

To me, Heard is clearly the abuser. Depp had big problems with alcohol and drugs that clearly intensified during their time together, but that doesn’t make him an abuser. Their relationship was hideous and toxic and fact that this is being played out to the world is pretty disgusting, but I truly believe Amber is a dangerous liar, narcissist and abuser.

Can you not handle that others have a different opinion so describe them as bots? Cute. But I too am reading and watching and I see them both behaving badly but that she is an abuser too. She's not innocent simply because she's a woman.

JD has not proven anything that’s why he lost his last case

heavy drinking and cocaine use makes people angry and paranoid but somehow JD seems except from acting out on those feels when many many other people do even if they have no history of doing so before (which he actually has)

I think he is minimising to a massive degree and I think she is spinning it a bit. I don't believe she would have divorced him after 15 months if he hadn't done really bad stuff though. He must have been hell to live with and I'm sure she wouldn't have been so explicit if she can't back 90% of it up with proof.

How the jury are going to call it though? They perhaps should make them give each other a dollar and leave it at that because AH could have left him at any time.

Regardless of whether she is the worst abuser known to man or not (I fall on the side of not, but whatever - that's actually irrelevant here), the court case is purely to prove whether she was fair to call him (technically not even "him" as she didn't name him in her article) abusive. Even if she is indeed the bad guy and he only reacted to her provocation, she would still be within her rights to call his behaviour abusive.

What she did or didn't do is not on trial here. A lot of people seem to have forgotten that.
