To ask if you wash your bed linen every time you have sex?

I tend towards slatternity so I didn't realise this was A Thing

Luckily it's only high days and holidays nowadays, so it's not as though Id be ploughing through the Bold on Bed sheets.

It's this another MN requirement where I come up wanting?

YABU: wash em straight away you grim creature.

This is MN, someone will be along in a minute to say that they put a strip the bed, put a special mattress protector and designated bedding on, do the deed and then strip it all off and put a fresh one on, every time. And anything less is the epitome of "grim".

When I was with DP we’d have sex at least 3 times a week. In the early days sometimes several times a day. Who the fuck has time for all that laundry when you could be having sex instead?!

My kids didn’t really come into my bed when they were younger tbh, so that wasn’t an issue. But if they did, they weren’t going to be exposed to anything as I’d have tried to keep anything off the sheets and mopped up any spillages!

We have a special leak proof blanket, which we throw on top of whatever bedding we have. It has cool and warm sides and feels special.
I definitely don't want to sleep in wet or having to change sheets immediately after.
Sometimes we let it dry and air, or run a short program in washing machine.

If it's wet after sex, we'll change the sheet, but not the whole bed. If it's not, then it's a hug and roll.
