How often to change bra????

Ok full confession.

I change my knickers,socks,t shirts and leggings daily.

Dresses,jumpers, trousers every few days.

Cardies, jeans and pjs about once a week.

Yet
I never keep track of how long my bra is on. I'd guess between 5 and 15 days yet it's as close to my skin as socks!! AIBU??

No need to be snippy! I was only saying that I can't wash them every day.

Unless my bra touches a towel I've used to dry my clean body. In which case I generally burn it,

Every 1-2 days, I just usually have a sniff first lol. Sometimes I feel like it reeks of whatever I've cooked on the hob the night before (especially if I fried off onions!) and I can't wear it again. I never wear them long enough that I smell my own odour on it.

Every few days. But I'm not a sweaty person and have small breasts, so no under boob sweat.

I have all clean clothes every day. As there is now only dh and me, I do 2 loads of clothes washing each week , 1 towels and one bedding. I work in a primary school so often get mucky from the children's activities.

I have one breast, don’t want a reconstruction for various reasons.
Unfortunately, my one remaining one is big. So, trying to find a supportive bra is a problem.
After trying lots of ready mades that just gave me shoulder and back pain, I adapted my own which I hand stitch. I worked out that I only actually need two. One on, one in the wash. Each does at least three days because I’m not particularly smelly.

So, there you go.

Oh I knew someone would raise this. I feel more comfortable in knickers for sleeping. Sometimes they stay on all night, sometimes they don't. Maybe stems from my childhood who knows x

Never heard that before! Doesn't create more washing though. Pants are small and just wait in wash basket until I do a load. Have enough to get me through the week. Have history of child abuse so maybe stems from there who know I just like to be comfy x

I wear pants to sleep, they are cotton. It saves washing as I then don't need to wash pyjamas as often.

Sorry its me again just catching up 🤣 I do same though I don't wear pjs on legs as I get too hot. So just clean pants and a vest top. Yeah I'm dead sexy me x

Weeks? 😂 Obviously I'm gross.

But I don't sweat much and have small boobs. I also don't wear a bra every day. It never smells or looks dirty.

Everything else I wash regularly. I actually love washing I just don't want to ruin a decent bra by ragging it around in the washing machine frequently if not necessary.

When I was going out to work I changed mine every other day. Now I work from home it's more like four days or so (and if I can get away with not wearing one at all then so much the better)!

I have 11 bras. The one I wear depends on what clothes I'm wearing for the day. I wear might wear each one twice before I wash it.

I sweat like a pig in full PPE so daily when I’m on shift otherwise I hate the damn things.

Once a week.
Pants clean every day.
I've recently decided socks can usually do 2 days, in an effort to save the planet.
