And women have and are being required in court, to call those men who’ve attacked them (including rapists) “she”.
See the case of Mara McClachan about 4or 5 years ago. She was assaulted at Hyde Park Corner by a self-identified trans woman. At the magistrates hearing of the assault case, and appearing as a witness, Ms McClachan was threatened with contempt of court if she didn’t call the (legal) man who attacked her as “she”. The man who attacked her does not, as far as I know, have a GRC, therefore it is entirely legally correct to refer to that person as she. But Ms McClachan was required by the magistrate to refer to the man who attacked her as she.
