I have felt sick and tired all day. Can't get comfortable, didn't sleep last night etc. Is anyone actually enjoying it as I am certainly not. Dreading work tomorrow also.

I hate it !!!

megletthesecond · 18/07/2021 18:39

Yes. Lots of housework here.

SpongeBarb · 18/07/2021 18:39

No!

Viviennemary · 18/07/2021 18:40

Hate it.

LindaEllen · 18/07/2021 18:40

No. I don't know why it either has to piss it down or be the temperature of the surface of the sun. Can we not have a nice in between? So much to do, and I have no energy and feel really lethargic and almost spacey no matter how much I drink.

Lincslady53 · 18/07/2021 18:41

Absolutely fabulous. Alternating between going in the sun and shade. Chores on hold till it cools down. We won't be getting abroad this year, so making the best of just a few days of beautiful weather.

Theunamedcat · 18/07/2021 18:41

Nope its made my poor cat quite ill he is now drinking but I ended up syringeing water into him this morning because he was sick and when he is sick he refuses water in winter this is non issue in this heat it is not something I can risk and after 6 hours of refusing food/fluids I was bloody worried thankfully after the water he ate some wet food and he is now drinking out the bath but its close call for him right now

Thehogfatherstolemycurry · 18/07/2021 18:42

Yes, I don't work weekends so lots of sitting outside in the garden. Went swimming, for a walk it's lovely.

MyDcAreMarvel · 18/07/2021 18:42

Yes it’s only 31 where I live so just pleasant heat at last.

jenjen517 · 18/07/2021 18:42

Woke up this morning and felt like I was coming out of a general anaesthetic😂

I love the sun, love it being warm, but this is ridiculous. I'm actually melting.

BusySittingDown · 18/07/2021 18:42

Loving it here! I wish it would stay like this, gorgeous weather - we have enough time of it being cold and miserable.

Theneverendingcleaningcycle · 18/07/2021 18:43

Nope. Hate it. Hose me down.

warmfluffytowels · 18/07/2021 18:44

Absolutely loving it here.

Been in and out of the garden all day, reading, eating ice-cream and just generally chilling out.

It's bliss.

TroysMammy · 18/07/2021 18:45

Why doesn't my house retain heat when the central heating goes off in winter but is a sweat box in the summer?

LimitIsUp · 18/07/2021 18:45

I am not keen on any temperatures over 22 degrees - in all seriousness I am thinking about retiring to the north of Scotland in a few years. I don't like to be paralysed into inactivity by the weather

speakout · 18/07/2021 18:46

Love it- sorry!!

AuntieMarys · 18/07/2021 18:46

No. I find no pleasure in sweating

Exactly! I just want a nice medium. Honestly if it has to be pissing down or feel like I'm living in an oven, I'll take the rain please.
RandomUsernameHere · 18/07/2021 18:47

I absolutely love it, the hotter the better! I'm very tolerant of heat though, appreciate not everyone is

FetchezLaVache · 18/07/2021 18:47

Love it!

CrouchEndTiger12 · 18/07/2021 18:47

Very much so Grin

Ditto. It’s been lovely!
MostlyMaple · 18/07/2021 18:48

It is beautiful - but unfortunately if you don't have a pool it is quite torturous!

I dont mind heat during the day, it's the night time that kills me, it is too hot and my house (new build) is like a sauna.

NotJustACigar · 18/07/2021 18:49

I love it - I grew up in a hot climate so for me this is a taste of what summer is supposed to be like. I feel like I've gone abroad without the hassle and expense of a flight! My husband hates it though so the only downside to me is having to listen to him moaning about it.

bethabean · 18/07/2021 18:50

No! I've been at the F1 and it has been so uncomfortable due to the heat
