I get on really well with the neighbours so don't want to upset them.

Both sides are usually up well before 7, but it is school holidays here.

Bit early really

WildWestWanda · 03/06/2021 18:16

Too early

Justmuddlingalong · 03/06/2021 18:17

No. Too early during school holidays.

FourEyesGood · 03/06/2021 18:17

Too early. Why do you want to do it so early?

Soontobe60 · 03/06/2021 18:17

Unless you love in the middle of nowhere, I’m sure there will be other people who will be well and truly annoyed at 7.30am lawn mowing! don't do it...

Landedmydreamjob · 03/06/2021 18:17

I wouldn’t. Too early.

TwoZeroTwoZero · 03/06/2021 18:18

Do it. It doesn't take long and it's not that noisy.

jesusmaryjosephandtheweedonkey · 03/06/2021 18:18

Anti social

musicalfrog · 03/06/2021 18:18

Do it now. It's going to rain tomorrow.

SlugsAreBastards · 03/06/2021 18:20

It’s a weekday so wouldn’t bother me at all but I like the sound of a lawnmower anyway. Can you push it to 8am? Any reason why you have to be out doing it dead on 7.30am?

The bin men make more noise.

Scarby9 · 03/06/2021 18:20

Too early.
It can be as loud as building work and I think that has to wait until 8am.
But if you don't want to annoy your neighbours, is there a reason that you can't wait until after 9am?

LubaLuca · 03/06/2021 18:20

I'd be pissed off with my neighbours if they did this, even the ones I like a lot. It doesn't matter who's usually up at what time, when you live near other people you have to stick to the unwritten rules of no early or late noise.

Lazydaz · 03/06/2021 18:21

No! Why just why

BeastforLease · 03/06/2021 18:21

Can't do it now - tomorrow morning is only option pre rain!

OP posts:
TidyDancer · 03/06/2021 18:21

Oh this would really piss me off tbh. Why can't you wait until later?

BeastforLease · 03/06/2021 18:23

Need to leave from the house at 8am.

@TwoZeroTwoZero

Do it. It doesn't take long and it's not that noisy.

You only have to wake someone up once for their lie in to be ruined. No way you'd get back to sleep.

Justmuddlingalong · 03/06/2021 18:25

I'd leave it until the next dry day that suits you, at a more reasonable time.

JustKeep · 03/06/2021 18:27

Too early.

waltzingparrot · 03/06/2021 18:27

Let it grow an extra millimetre and do it at the weekend.

Dalmationcoat · 03/06/2021 18:28

And you can’t leave it until after the rain because...?

BeastforLease · 03/06/2021 18:34

@Dalmationcoat needs to be mowed before leaving for two weeks...

OP posts:
Felifox · 03/06/2021 18:35

It wouldn't bother me, but I have dg and sleep at the front of my house. I'd just speak to the ndn and ask if it would disturb them.

Raindropumbrella · 03/06/2021 18:35

I’m sure you it can wait 2 weeks. It’s not like you’ll even be there to have to look at it

TwoZeroTwoZero · 03/06/2021 18:35
