Yes make a complaint but as an ex partner of a woman who worked in PVP . dealing with rape, sexual violence, child abuse including grading daily around half a million images a week I do ask that you make a complaint against the force and unit not the individual. The job it's self is a minimum of 70 hours per week. They have thousand of cases and immediate danger cases take priority. It's difficult for them to have to fail victims systematically. They always go home exhausted and overworked. Addressing a unit or force complaint will gain more traction than an individual officer or IO. I hope your daughter gets her justice ❤️
