I wonder who is managing the company twitter account and making these business decisions - a minimum wage intern or the Global Director of Sales and Marketing? Surely an agency would be very carefully managing the tweets?
Smells like Bullshit to me. Maybe if the looked at who raised the complaints (person who tried to have transperson Miranda Yardly convicted of transphobia).
