It feels blimmin cold to me in the evening but I don't normally turn it on until the end of this month. Maybe I'm just getting older and feeling the chill ... 10th September would be a record I think!

Yes. On since the weekend. I refuse to walk around like the bloody mitchelin man in 50 jumpers just to save a few pounds

BornInAThunderstorm · 10/09/2019 21:39

Yes, it feels very cold here

Gruzinkerbell1 · 10/09/2019 21:40

Yup, it’s been on since the weekend.

MikeyTheMouse · 10/09/2019 21:40

Yep it’s freezing here

MashedSpud · 10/09/2019 21:41

No, my windows are open too.

mamapants · 10/09/2019 21:41

No it has got colder but I'm wearing a hoodie and fine. Think the temperature was 15 degrees here today.

RainbowMum11 · 10/09/2019 21:41

Nope, brought a duvet downstairs and have a jumper on - don't have central heating though!!

Amanduh · 10/09/2019 21:41

Nope. Was 21 degrees here today and forecast to be 24 at the weekend! We’d boil!

Whatthefoxgoingon · 10/09/2019 21:41

No but we have excellent insulation though.

IHaveBrilloHair · 10/09/2019 21:42

Yes of course.
I use mine based on whether I'm cold or not, not what the calendar says.Confused

CBCB7992 · 10/09/2019 21:42

Absolutely not. Where do you live? It’s been a beautiful sunny day here in Cornwall and was 20 degrees at 4pm when I got in my car. The mornings and evenings are getting cooler but I’m still roaming in t shirts and shorts as are DC.

Chickychoccyegg · 10/09/2019 21:42

yes! its freezing tonight

Dairyqueen2 · 10/09/2019 21:43

Forecast for the weekend looks nice (west country) but I'm not sure I can make it that far ❄

Yes for an hour in the morning, haven't needed to in the evening yet.

SpanishTiles · 10/09/2019 21:43

Yes I have in Scotland.

Redshoeblueshoe · 10/09/2019 21:44

No I'm roasting

sunshine5997 · 10/09/2019 21:45

Yes, even though DH has moaned for the last hour 'it's bloody boiling in here' 😂

CountFosco · 10/09/2019 21:45

Ours has come on in the morning the last few days but house is still fine in the evening. We're getting cavity wall insulation in the older part of the house to improve this. Our last house was a detached house with no cavity walls and no double glazing on top of a hill. Heating was on all the time for about 9 months of the year so this feels like bliss!

recrudescence · 10/09/2019 21:46

Not yet but thermostat war is imminent.

OhTheRoses · 10/09/2019 21:46

Ours is zoned and it comes on in the back bedrooms and bathrooms if it dips below 15°. Mornings only. It has half a doznn times. Can't bear getting up in the cold

PestoCaffeinisto · 10/09/2019 21:46

Nooooo!!
It was lovely here today. A bikini by the pool day 😎

Jellybum2019 · 10/09/2019 21:47

My partner has put it on every day for the last week, this evening he put it on, I asked him why? He said I’m cold (whilst sat in some shorts)....I woke up at 1am the other night to feed our baby and noticed the radiators were on, again he said he was cold before we went to bed which would have been fine if he wasn’t asleep in his pants ON TOP of the covers! Hmm

ParkheadParadise · 10/09/2019 21:49

Yes, it comes on automatic when below 20 degrees.

Aprillygirl · 10/09/2019 21:51

Nope, I am sitting here in a little sleeveless chemise and have only just shut the back door for the night, and that's only because I'm trying to keep any unwanted 8 legged fuckers out.

Megan2018 · 10/09/2019 21:51

Not needed here, our house is well insulated and currently reading 22 degrees!
