He isn't a prince unless the queen allows it.

RosemarysBush · 08/05/2019 13:19

Ahh, looks just like his dad.
(That’s what you’re supposed to say isn’t it?)

BlackCatSleeping · 08/05/2019 13:19

Well thank goodness for that!!

Looks just like a baby, only posher.

positivepixie · 08/05/2019 13:20

Yes, we all have access to BBC news. What's the AIBU?

englishdictionary · 08/05/2019 13:20

What panic?

Bluerussian · 08/05/2019 13:21

Bless his heart, looks gorgeous.

RhiWrites · 08/05/2019 13:21

AIBU to wish Mumsnet hadn’t spent a week talking about “media free snuggle time”? 😂

meow1989 · 08/05/2019 13:22

Not a royalist, wish we would get rid of them, but yay; baby; cute whatever the familial circumstances.

Have to say I feel a bit sorry for Meghan- a fitted white dress when she will still be bleeding/leaking milk even if she has a team of nannies and stylists to do everythinghelp. I also think I was less up for visitors on day 2 when the no sleep had kicked in and the just given birth euphoria had worn off.

Did smile at the well behaved comment by Harry - wait until the real cry comes in next week!

meow1989 · 08/05/2019 13:23

Strike through fail 🙄

PCohle · 08/05/2019 13:23

All the fuss about privacy and family bonding time etc. seems a bit odd now that they've done basically exactly what Kate did (hospital birth, immediate announcement, photo v soon after etc) just with a fancier backdrop.

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 08/05/2019 13:24

What panic?

MrsMozartMkII · 08/05/2019 13:24

Beautiful baby.

RaptorWhiskers · 08/05/2019 13:25

Fitted white dress... not particularly flattering and very risky! Baby looks lovely.

exWifebeginsat40 · 08/05/2019 13:25

you sound a bit snarky, OP.

crosspelican · 08/05/2019 13:26

It seems so artificial, but they'd be criticised no matter what way they handled it.

Was she in the Portland?

derxa · 08/05/2019 13:26

Very goady OP

Eliza9919 · 08/05/2019 13:27

What panic? The hysteria on here that photo's hadn't been released yet Hmm

OP posts:
Ivgotasecretcanyoukeepit · 08/05/2019 13:27

He isn’t a prince.

gingerginger2 · 08/05/2019 13:28

hello baby!

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 08/05/2019 13:28

Really?

Where? Can you link to the panicky posts?

BlackCatSleeping · 08/05/2019 13:29

Don’t worry, we still have the excitement of what they’ll name him to look forward to!

IvanaPee · 08/05/2019 13:29

You’re the only hysterical poster I can see. 🤷‍♀️

He’s cute.

ewenice · 08/05/2019 13:29

Not a royalist at all but I thought they were cute together and seem very happy so good luck to them.

Dandelion1993 · 08/05/2019 13:30

Mm is such a hypocrite.

"we want privacy and time as a new family and to be as normal as possible"

parades 2 day old baby in castle....

PCohle · 08/05/2019 13:30

Jesus, remember when you could make a little light joke on MN without being torn to shreds.
