Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

I love these threads!!!
I’m trying to loose some weight so I’ve had:
Breakfast: Scrambled egg
Lunch: fruit
Dinner: fish in some sauce thing that you cook from frozen and veg
Liquids: what feels like 200 cups of teas with coconut milk and elderflower fizzy water!

A turkey, stuffing and cranberry roll, quarter of a tin of Quality Street, two cups of tea and two glasses of prosecco. Got cottage pie later.

Iv had a cheese and coleslaw and lettuce sandwich and a packet of smoky bacon crisps.
Iv had three cups of coffee and a few glasses of water.

In the oven I'm cooking heating m&s dirty fries soooo yummy and planning on having a roll with them Blush

Breakfast - I don't do breakfast, but had a mug of coffee with hot milk at 11am - bean to cup machine.
Lunch - Fish, spinach, potato gratin
Supper - salad
I do not snack, ever. Why? This is about 66% more than I would have on a normal day, as I am still on holiday.

B= Porridge made with milk. Coffee

L= scrambled eggs with toast, 1 sugar free jelly

D= is going to be sausage pasta bake with salad

No snacks 😇
Just water, diet cola, coffee (no sugar) to drink

A hardboiled egg and two slices of toast.
Left over stew
Pizza when it's cooked 😊
I've had a few crab sticks and a chocolate bun. Plus about 600 cups of tea/coffee.

L: wholemeal pitta bread with 1 tin of tuna, salad on the side
S: 90g watermelon
D: 300g tomato & basil soup

1 slice wholemeal toast with marmite.

Wholemeal wrap, hummous, rocket, cherry tomatoes, red onion, carrot.

Carrot and cashew but burriyani with brown rice.

Tea, herbal Tea, Becks blue.

One Christmas chocolate biscuit.

A jammy dodger
Lentil dhal with added veg, plain basmati rice, mango chutney and 2 roti.

I’ve got some chocolate pretzel things for later on. Almost at the end of the Christmas food.

Drinks- 2 cups of tea, 1 hazelnut coffee and lots of water

Shreddies for breakfast
Home made leftovers from nye Tuna pasta salad.
Handful of crisps leftovers
Festive Bakewell
Dough balls and cheese topped mini baguettes stuff that I didn't end up getting put for nye
Will either have left over jelly or choc cake later, it's crap having so many leftovers, don't get me started on 3 quarters empty wine bottles Xmas Hmm

L Salad & humous sandwich, pack of sunbites

T 4 mini veg spring rolls and sweet chilli sauce to dip.

Fry’s chocolate cream.

I follow a plant based diet.

I'm having stomach issues at the moment (reflux in a major way!) So not been able to eat like normal.

Breakfast : mug of tea
Mid morning : grande tea at the cinema (starbucks tea is disgusting)
Lunch: half a dozen small crackera with brie & 3 biscuits
Mid afternoon: mug of tea
Dinner : probably just some bread & butter. Sad

Breakfast: something between an omelette and scrambled eggs with med veg and bacon
Lunch: cheese and crackers with cranberry sauce
Tea: roast chicken, including the skin, hot from the oven with coleslaw, cucumber and sweetcorn, and xmas pud with brandy butter
Drinks: cranberry juice, coke zero, vodka & tonic x 2, may have some Baileys later...

Recovering from Christmas flu - no appetite.
DH has made a pie for tea but I don’t fancy it.

Chicken Salad for lunch, Salmon and Veg for dinner.

Snacks: an apple and a shortbread biscuit.

Drinks: Water and Tea

A very good day for me today in terms of food. I'm trying to abstain from chocolate for the whole of January, it's bloody hard when there is loads left over from xmas sitting in the cupboards but so far so good.

Not had tea yet but think I'll have cheese on toast and left over croque on bouche(?)

Breakfast: 2 slices wheaten bread toasted + butter
Black coffee

Lunch
Tuna sandwich on brown bread
Packet of crisps
Handful of grapes

Snacks
3 x choc biscuits + cup mint tea
Small bowel of olives

Dinner
Large salad + hummus + pitta bread

Breakfast: 4 thin slices of grilled streaky bacon and a poached egg. Rooibos tea.

Lunch: homemade tomato soup. Cup of coffee.

Dinner: homemade shepherds pie which had a celeriac mash instead of potato. Carrots, cauliflower and green beans. Rooibos tea.

No snacks.

I suspect I'll have a yoghurt or a banana before too long but that'll be it.

I've had 3 glasses of water today too.

Not great today, very beige

A piece of brioche this morning with a cup of tea.

Lunch was a cheese sandwich, a bag of salt and vinegar chopsticks and a smoothie.

Dinner was a small bowl of pasta with pesto and veg and a bite of my toddlers Freddie bar.

I need to lose the pounds I piled on since my wedding. (10kg to be precise)

So.......

Breakfast - nothing did a circuit class
Lunch - egg white omelette with kale, mushrooms, peppers and chilli
Snack - 2 corn cakes and cucumber
Dinner - Linda mc cartney shredded duck with stir fry veg.

3 black coffees
1 fruit tea
2lt of water
