5 macadamia nuts and several cups of tea. I’ve been running around all day at errands and haven’t stopped to eat! I have a salad planned for dinner but we don’t usually eat until 9pm 😊

cananybodyfindmesomeonetolove · 02/01/2019 19:11

I've started doing some intermittant fasting, so didn't have anything to eat until 12.30pm when I started feeling hungry.

Had a mixture of things, oat cracker, raw carrot and cucumber, hummus, some smoked mackerel, an apple, some melon, cashew nuts and a banana. And a black coffee.

Just had dinner, homemade squash, sweet potato and lentil soup, with some sweetcorn and courguette fritters. One the kids are on bed I'll have a hot chocolate made with dairy free milk and blackstrap molasses (not being pretentious Grin, but it's a good source of minerals)

JillScarlet · 02/01/2019 19:11

So far:
Bran flakes and semi skimmed milk
Toasted ham, tomato and cheese sandwich (no butter, not much cheese)
A toasted baguette with salad, cheese
A mince pie with single cream
A Bendicks Bittermint

Will have some veg curry and wine a bit later.

Wassock · 02/01/2019 19:12

@countrybunny you do know it's quite normal right, to eat more than once a day? Most people can generally find 10 minutes at least twice a day, out of 24 hours (that's 20 minutes out of 1440 minutes!) to make a sandwich at least to nourish their body!!!

If you're REALLY not able to find time in your day to eat more than once, you have a real issue around either food or time management!!

Sparklewater · 02/01/2019 19:12

Maelstrop · 02/01/2019 19:15

A spoonful of cereal, purely to raise my blood sugar as I didn't eat yesterday (sick) and a bowl of leftover mash. Feeling very dodgy, not upset stomach, just feel ill.

MaMisled · 02/01/2019 19:16

Fish and chips on the seafront.

3 muffins
3 chocolate chip cookies
2 shortbread
2 ginger nuts
2 gypsy creams
Gingerbread
100g Lindt chocolate

2 teas
Diet coke

Daisydoesnt · 02/01/2019 19:17

2 cups of tea, water

I have chucked Xmas stuff out tonight -things like a tub of clotted cream (couldn’t be frozen), Xmas cake. Some might think that’s awful but I don’t believe in just eating things up for the sake of getting rid through them. I’m not a human dustbin!
