Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

I had sushi for lunch, started well ... then four fibre one popcorn & peanut bars and half a bar of giant diary milk. No dinner yet, still recovering from the sugar overload. I am normally a bit more balanced Confused

Peppered steak pasta cooked by DP

Hot cross bun with lots of butter.

Breakfast: cereal bar and a pear
Lunch: chicken wrap, fresh OJ and a bag of beef monster munch
Tea: we went TGI Fridays and I had the works, loaded bacon potato skins to start, jack Daniel chicken strips and chips for main and OH and I shared a warm brownie chocolate sundae for dessert.

I wish I could say that was it but as I left the Trafford centre, not 20 minutes after eating this I bought and scoffed two plain Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

I’m eating for two is my excuse, plus I’ve had such bad morning sickness I lost 6lb in the last 12 weeks so I am enjoying my ability to eat again!

Lunch - wrap with hummus and roasted veg.
Supper - 3 rhubarb gins with ginger ale, a bagel with marmite.

Fry's choc cream has dairy in it (just incase you were trying not to eat dairy! - I did a stint years ago as vegan and was gutted when I found this out)

Yesterday (Not a good day as we had a day out)

Breakfast: yoghurt and half a banana
Lunch: fish n' chips and ice cream n' chocolate sauce (IKEA restaurant)
Dinner: cauliflour cheese, boiled potatoes, roast gammon (very small portion as lunch was HUGE!).
Supper: small walnut roll and butter.

I started January at a whopping 11.6 and this morning I am 11.1 so it's working for me.

Here’s my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not all days are this healthy, and I had a plate of vegetable crudités and a small bowl of berries as well. I’m in a healthy weight range, but I’ve found clothes aren’t fitting as well as they used to. I saw a dietitian a few weeks ago because I’ve been trying to eat better, she actually suggested the photo diary. So far I think the diary has helped massively, partially because I just find fresh, plated food more aesthetically pleasing to look at, and I snack less because I can’t be bothered to photograph everything.

B- cornflakes,almond milk and sunflower seeds
L- home made veg soup(carrot,parsnip,squash,peppers and butter beans) with three slices of bread
D-meatballs,pasta,carrots and green beans

Snacks banana,slice angel cake,marmite cashew nuts may have bag baked crisps later has had earlier dinner

I'm doing Chloe Madeley fat loss blitz and cheating today but 5kg off first cycle

OMG loads today. Due on.
B-nowt
L-Bolognese mince (as was making DD spag Bol). Huge salad of rocket, walnuts and Parmesan.
D-2xlime and coconut chicken breasts, courgetti mixed with Boursin, pan fried greens, sour cream on the side
Snacks-stick of cheese, pecan butter, proper pork scratchings from the butcher.
