Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B - Coffee

Mid morning - more coffee

L - Ham avocado and lettuce sarnie
Snack- couple of bread sticks

D - will be homemade butter chicken with veg, brown rice and plain yogurt. Possibly a glass of red.....

Breakfast: cheerios, semi skimmed milk
Lunch: in a pub, had jacket potato and tuna mayo
Dinner: Cornish pasty and beans (Am away in Cornwall for New Year, had to be done!)
Snacks 3x chocolate biscuits
About 3 teas and 2 cans of diet coke

Diet starts as soon as I've finished my break, no more biscuits and pasties!

Random post Christmas menus.
Breakfast: cinnamon toast cereal and toast
Lunch: cheese on toast
Dinner: Thai red curry (chicken) and rice.
Lots of gin and wine.

Pasta and tomato sauce and 250ml of Diet Coke. That's me for the day. Is that weird?

I don't understand people who find time to eat three meals of day.

Hummus and salad sandwich with tomatoes and spicy nuts
Making a quinoa salad with Sweetcorn, tomatoes, onions and black beans

I absolutely love these threads. I was back at work today and tired so I decided to pack in the veg, and I went for a 5 mile run at lunch.

B: cup of Earl Grey tea, veggie pot from Leon (poached egg, mushrooms, beans and halloumi)

L: Pret chicken salad, fudge bar from M&S, flat white

S: homemade onion soup, granary roll and cheese. Might have a raid of the Quality Street tin afterwards, too.

Plus 2L of water, a glass of orange juice and a cup of green tea.

Dinner - roasted chicken breast with broccoli, tomatoes and garlic potatoes

No breakfast, chips mushy peas and gravy from the chippy for lunch, pasta bolognese for tea, 4 quality street chocs, 3 cups of tea, 2 biscuits. Diet starts next week.

I'm still trying to plough my way through the xmas food.

B - Banana, yogurt, small orange, and some homemade breakfast granola flapcake

L- crackers, pate and assortment of cheeses

T - currently making, french fries, topped with thinly sliced steak, peppercorn sauce, mature and mozz cheese.

and about 6 bottles of water

I have so much xmas food left that my diet cant start until its gone.

Terrible diet today. It’s the last day before work starts tomorrow so I just thought fuckit.
Chocolate croissant for breakfast
Dried meat platter then a Cheese fondue for lunch (we live in Switzerland) with a glass of white wine
Cup of tea and half a Cadbury’s caramel at about 3
Dunno what to have for dinner.

About to have leftover gammon, veg mash and broccoli
Will probably have some chocolate.

Bubble and squeak patties, poached eggs, crispy streaky bacon, and leftover pan fried duck 🤤

Currently nibbling on Cadbury biscuits with a toffee nut latte

Actually looking forward to a salad tomorrow 😂

Porridge for breakfast, crackers with some lovely cheese left over from Xmas, a slice of Oxford lunch, and just about to tuck into a burger and chips that dh made. A tasty day all in all.

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with dairy free butter, tea with oat milk
Lunch: 1/3 of a cucumber and an apple with peanut butter
Dinner: pasta with tomato sauce and dairy free cheese
And about 1.5L of water... trying to drink more!

B- Diced apple with raisins, in unsweetened soya yoghurt.

L- 2x salad-filled pittas with sriracha mayo and a cold pressed raspberry bar.

D- Beans on wholemeal toast.

Snacks- some gherkins, carrot sticks and homemade hummus.

Plus 3 litres of water and a hot choc.

Delish!

Breakfast (still in holiday mode til Monday) almond croissant, tea, orange juice

Lunch (out for lunch with kids) minestrone soup, piece of homemade bread and butter, pinched some of the kids chips

Couple of haribo during a show we were seeing

Tea at home - pil pil prawns, patatas bravas, cheese chunks, peppadews, dollop of garlic mayo

Two cups of tea and a couple of shortbread

L: wheat, rye and sourdough bread plus extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dunking, with grilled halloumi and sweet pepper slices.

D: grilled beef burgers with cheese in a bun and chips made in our new actifry (love it!)

Drinks: a few milky coffees. Water.

And I will most likely have something sweet later...

Next week will be B: oats + berries; L: homemade veg soup; D: tuna steak with grilled veg. And a gallon of water. I promise.

Breakfast - fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk.
Snack - banana
Lunch - cheese and chutney sandwich, carrot sticks and orange pepper. Greek yoghurt for pudding with honey.
Dinner - cold roast pork, bubble and squeak and picked beetroot. Pudding was some chocolate fudge cake.
