Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Today I've had:

Toast with butter and jam, a mug of tea.
Tomato soup, an olive ciabatta roll.
Two chocolate digestives.
Several more cups of tea.
Diet Coke.

Dinner is chips with cheese and gravy!

B - Apple, tangerine, banana
L - cous cous with homemade tsatziki, chickpeas, chicken, sultanas and tomato. Yogurt for pudding.
D - Salmon with sweet potato wedges and pea and mint purée
S - green tea and options hot chocolate with splash of almond milk

B - 2 x coffee and cream. Greek yoghurt with blueberries, strawberries and pumpkin seeds.

L- Home made carrot and coriander soup, large heaped teaspoon of peanut butter.

D - Tomato and Mascerpone pasta bake, half a pecan yum yum.

Snacks: More peanut butter (jar is now empty!) a few Brazil nuts.

Lunch, egg sandwich, oat crackers, hummus, cucumber, another banana, more cashews...
Apple
Dinner - roasted sweet potatoes, pulled pork, salad, cheese. Pomelo.
Two slices chocolate cake.

Wrap with ham green salad leaves and grated beetroot
beef with mushrooms,squash,onions,leeks,carrots and parsnips.pasta.side of broccoli

Snacks,bag baked crisp,4brazil nuts,2bananas,handful sesame breadsticks

breakfast: chocolate protein shake
lunch: Birdseye crispy chicken fillet, sliced red pepper, lambs lettuce, cucumber and beetroot. Bag of McCoys crisps.
Snacks: one pot sugar free raspberry jelly.

Dinner will be Thai fish cake with roasted baby corn, yellow peppers, mushrooms and asparagus, and tender stem brocolli.

B - protein yogurt & coffee
L - savoury muffin, rice cakes and an apple
D - either a satay chicken and rice dish or a Chinese. I'm feeling really pants so edging towards the latter!

Snacks - banana and a few Lindt truffles from the staff room.

B - one piece of white toast with one scrambled egg and one pork sausage and a cappuccino
L- salad leaves, dollop of hummus, three slices of salami and some potatoes wedges.
S - boost bar and a bag of sweet and salty popcorn
D- rice and Spanish chicken with broccoli and green beans
S - bagel with butter and marmite.

Not a great day food wise - I feel like I need another meal, but we haven't got much in the house today.

Coffee, cashews, banana, oat cracker

Lunch, mackerel, oat crackers, apple, banana, chocolate cake.

Dinner, fish fingers, sweetcorn, beans, salad.
Chocolate cake.

Porridge with some maple syrup for breakfast. Decaff tea.

More decaff tea.

2 crumpets with spread, 2 finger dark kitkat

Decaf coffee

Got peckish before dinner so had a few Crackerbreads.

Oven baked breaded cod portion with grilled mushrooms and 2 potato waffles. An alpro soya mousse yogurty thing.

Small handful of almonds.

Light horlicks.

L- veggie sausages and roasted meditation vegetables in bap.bag baked crisps

Dinners going to be broccoli,green beans,carrots and squash with pasta and cheese

Snack I had handful marmite cashew nuts and few grapes

Breakfast at a cafe, don’t usually eat breakfast: fresh soda bread with butter jam and cheese, tea.

Lunch: Homemade tomato soup. Tea.

Dinner: cheeseburger with lots of burger sauce and gherkins. Curry potato salad.

Snacks: slice of homemade lemon drizzle cake, an apple, raw carrot sticks, bag of crisps, the head of a Cadbury’s bunny 😱, cubes of mature.

Plus lots of water.

Can’t seem to stop snacking today! Oh well Smile
