Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

It's Christmas, and I'm pregnant, so I'm in 'eat whatever you fancy' mode.

5-6 chocolate biscuits over the course of the day.
Bacon, brie and cranberry sauce sandwich
1 lindt Christmas tree ornament chocolate

And I'm having egg fried rice with veggies for dinner.

A cream egg 😲

Then went out for lunch and had double Dutch pancakes (biiiiig American pancakes with smoked sausage and bacon cooked into the batter) with 2 fried eggs and a cappuccino

PlainVanilla and Countrybunny - are you both very slim? Or are you trying to be? I need to do what you both do. However:

1 x latte
1 x Americano

Protein salad from M&S of egg, avocado, red cabbage, humorous and leaves

Grapes

Cheese straw

Crisps

Toast and pate

2 x mini chocs

2 x glasses of wine.

Probably won't eat anything else. I know I need to give myself a shake and eat better.

Snacks were free chocolate buttons, so half virtuous for lack of cost!

I’m doing low carb high fat

Brunch: omelette with pepperoni in. Roasted kale on the side (sounds pretentious but soooo good as it is roasted in cider vinegar, tastes like crisps)
Snack: more of the Kale and a piece of cheese
Dinner will be sausage casserole (with courgetti if I can be arsed to get the spiraliser out)
Two cups of tea as that is my daily limit. Got a bit of a headache, haven’t drunk enough water I think.

10 fizzy cherries sweets I found in my laptop bag!

A serving spoon of leftover 'pie' - stuffing, broccoli, roast potatoes and bread sauce baked in gravy.

Turkey curry for tea with lentils (and the tub of cream I need to use up).

Trying to do low carb/intermittent fasting after all the Christmas excess.

S- crisps, chocolate and lots of tea

B - bowl of raspberry wheaties with almond milk. Large cup of tea.
L - (café, family day out) caramelised red onion and lancashire cheese wholemeal toastie which came with a small portion of seasoned fries and small pot of coleslaw.
D - Hunter's chicken potato bake.

Snacks/drinks - kefir yoghurt, four squares milk chocolate, green tea, water. Planning on 2 glasses of wine tonight.

Back to work today and trying to be a bit healthier after an all out festive feasting fortnight. I somehow didn't gain any weight but I feel grim!

B- porridge made with 50g oats, almond milk and cinnamon

S- melon chunks

L- waitrose prawn crystal rolls, plain popchips

S- garbanzo tomato and herb roasted chickpeas

D- grilled chicken breast as a burger in wholemeal roll, large salad

S- will be skyr yoghurt and a mini mince pie

I’m on holiday abroad so slightly unusual diet at mo. I’ve lost 3 stone in last year, but have used the hotel gym during my stay to try and maintain some balance for all the food and booze consumed.
Breakfast: muesli and fat free natural yoghurt.
Lunch: McDonald’s chicken salad
Dinner: grilled steak, mash potato and veg.
Snack: Snickers cake ❤️❤️

Breakfast: 3 mugs of coffee (never eat breakfast)

Lunch: scrambled eggs and two rashers of fake bacon

Supper: Will be salad with sliced up veggies sausages and a soya yoghurt for pudding

B: overnight oats with natural yoghurt
L: half a pitta with Quorn slices and mustard with a packet of ready salted crisps
D: soon to have Qourn spag bol / 2 squares of dark chocolate ( always have that after Smile)
Snack: Handful of smoked almonds.
2 cups of coffee, 3 pints of water and a Diet Coke.

I had leftover quorn/veg fajita filling in a pitta for breakfast.

Sainsburys free from butternut squash risotto for lunch

Having oven chips, quorn nuggets, onion rings, roast veg, baked beans and salad for tea.

Snacks were a mince pie and couple of biscuits. Might have a bit of dark choc later.

Breakfast - cinnamon porridge to go bar and fresh raspberries

Lunch - left over beef chilli with brown rice

Dinner - Pork and vegetable lasagna

Snack - a few minstrels and a couple of Parma violets

Drinks - hot chocolate, water, graptiser and a can of Pepsi Max Cherry.

Hmmm breakfast was boiled egg with piece of granary toast. Coffee.
Mid morning a decaf coffee and a protein bar.
Lunch soup and a roll from Waitrose.. with mum ! Then half an apple.

Afternoon. Some chocolate orange..

Tea a baked tatty with salad tuna then a yoghurt.

Quite healthy really!

Breakfast/ mid morning: one egg scrambled on a slice of brown toast, 2 chocolates.
Tea: chicken in breadcrumbs, chips, coleslaw, slice of bread, some quality streets.

I'll have a snack later, probably a vanilla sluce and cup of coffee.

I ran 6 miles this aft so need to replace the calories Grin
