wtf ? why on earth would anyone with half a brain cell think that is a good thing ? if labour do succeed then hopefully he'd get ousted for someone else instead. the current government have left me very disillusioned but corbyn...really ??
what are your thoughts ?

I m terrified of that possibility. Keep hoping that the lunatic left will continue to lose.

RoboticMary · 09/12/2018 18:11

If it ever happens, we’ll be leaving the country. I’m serious.

We’ll be going to hell and there’ll be no way back.

WhiffofSnell · 09/12/2018 18:13

Keir Starmer will be leader of Labour party soon (please God!)

Chocolatebourbons · 09/12/2018 18:15

Am sure it won't happen but if it did it would be very bad news especially for property owners and high earners.

As per pp, we'll all be going to hell and there's no way back.

katekat383 · 09/12/2018 18:16

Not until pigs grow wings and fly.

Bath9000 · 09/12/2018 18:16

I hope not! 😬

Patapouf · 09/12/2018 18:21

This entire thread reads as if it’s been posted by a bot and answered by sock puppets.

I for one would be pleased to see JC as PM.

Ohmno · 09/12/2018 18:23

Da comrade @Patapouf anyone who disagrees with dear leader is a bot 🙄

paintinmyhairAgain · 09/12/2018 18:23

patapouf why do you think it would be good ?

How can anyone at all think that Labour getting in is worse than the tories? Corbyn has absolutely had his issues, but fuck me - the tory policies are literally killing people. They’ve fucked the poor so hard there’s basically nowhere to turn. 30% of children in the UK live in poverty. 30%! It’s utterly disgusting.

But that’s fine, give tax breaks to high earners etc. Make sure schools have a bit of a budget increase for “the little extras” (not TA’s/teachers/SENCO, of course not!) the NHS is on it’s knees - highest number of winter related deaths last year which has been linked to understaffing.

If you’re still willingly voting for this despicable government then you’ve got to not understand politics or just be plain evil.

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 09/12/2018 18:27

God. I hope not.

drinkygin · 09/12/2018 18:27

Here’s hoping 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 Wouldn’t it be excellent if he did! 😊😊

TheEmojiFormerlyKnownAsPrince · 09/12/2018 18:29

I’d love to see him there😊
Renationalise the railways so they actually work
Renationalise energy companies do they stop pushing up prices whenever they feel like it.
Stop messing around with schools every year.

Fund everything properly, so homelessness and poverty are reduced.

Why would anyone want the current shitshow in No 10 after that UN report.

I’m ashamed of Britain and Brexit.

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 09/12/2018 18:29

tory policies are literally killing people

rolls eyes

TeddyIsaHe · 09/12/2018 18:29

Disrespect

Of course, what a stunning counter-argument. The most one could expect from a Tory voter I suspect.

dangerinthemanger · 09/12/2018 18:30

Let’s hope so 🤞🏻It would be infinitely better than the current shower of shit 💩

YetAnotherUser · 09/12/2018 18:30

He has nowhere near enough seats to get any legislation through.

Realistically the Tories need the DUP to get stuff done.

Labour would need the DUP, Lib Dems, SNP and a bunch of Tory rebels to win votes... Good luck whipping that motley crew.

paintinmyhairAgain · 09/12/2018 18:33

during the winter last year, many deaths were attributed to the flu virus not being effective, how is that the governments fault. labour policies have killed our troops abroad with illegal wars.

pallasathena · 09/12/2018 18:33

Have a read of the latest poverty figures. Even the United Nations considers us a cause for concern.

pallasathena · 09/12/2018 18:34

I think you'll find Tory policies have too .

TheEmojiFormerlyKnownAsPrince · 09/12/2018 18:35

Fingers crossed for an election

luckylavender · 09/12/2018 18:35

Rolls eyes - goodness. Have you taken a good look at the country lately? The homelessness, schools without proper funding, MH support in crisis & the horror that is the rollout of Universal Credit. Increased numbers of people in poverty & many many people unable to survive without food banks. You'll probably tell me that there are more people in work than ever but too many of these jobs are zero hour contracts / in the gig economy & you can't survive on that. I'm no fan of Corbyn but he has a heart & he can't be worse than this lot.

PortiaCastis · 09/12/2018 18:35

Cant be any worse than the shower of pillocks that are supposedly in government atm but are propped up by the dup who got a substantial bung

paintinmyhairAgain · 09/12/2018 18:36

i'm neutral as far as politics go i just can't stand corbyn, anyone one in power apart from him.

TheEmojiFormerlyKnownAsPrince · 09/12/2018 18:36

This country needs a radical left wing government to restore it.
