But the one funny ting that is coming out of this is people saying ‘Brexit is being stolen’😂😂😂

Ffs who’d steal that shit?

Shazafied · 09/12/2018 19:44

I’d be cock-a-hoop if Corbyn was pm !!!

Efferlunt · 09/12/2018 19:47

I can’t believe the damage that the Torys have wreaked on this country, bothiwth brexit and austerity. Nothing about JC gives me confidence that he wouldn’t cause a lot of damage but of a different kind. His Brexit strategy has been cowardly in the extreme.

We are so screwed.

sherrysfortea · 09/12/2018 19:47

I hope so, I voted for labour and still stand by that vote

England is becoming a very dark and depressing place to live

Tinyteatime · 09/12/2018 19:48

Totally agree with TeddyIsaHe. The country has gone to shit under this government. I’m not a massive Corbyn fan but he would definitely be the lesser of two evils.

AsleepAllDay · 09/12/2018 19:50

Absolutely voting for Labour over the murderous, greedy tories who as we can all remember, started Brexit essentially as a lark

Sakura7 · 09/12/2018 19:50

What exactly is so awful about him? He's looking to emulate social democratic policies that work in other European countries. The Tories are an absolute disgrace and have made Britain a much darker place.

PeroniZucchini · 09/12/2018 19:50

He has more integrity in his little finger than the whole shit shower that is the Tory party.

ThatssomebadhatHarry · 09/12/2018 20:08

thats it good to know you never had / knew anyone who was killed by them, don't tell me not to 'bang on' about it you don't know me or the trauma my family have been through !

Well then you should be glad for the hand he played in negotiating the peace deal.

Also for someone who has been through so much you seem happy with the apartide happening in Palestine. Since Israel have made it ‘anti semetic’ to speak agains the murder and torture of people in Palestine and you are happy to go ahead with that rhetoric by using the racism card against people who are standing up for Palestine.
Or is it only suffering when it is happening to you and yours.

letstalk2000 · 09/12/2018 20:10

Firstly there are a number of massive things wrong with this country and we are led by probably the worst government of my life time.

Secondly anyone thinking a government comprised of Jeremy Corbyn, John Mc donnell , Diane Abbott, Emilly Thornberry, Keir Stammer, Barry Gardiner, Rebecca Long Bailey , Dawn Buttler , Angela Raynor could actually improve anything needs to be taken to the asylum !

Thirdly we have 642 seats (SInn Fein don't sit a 1 = Bercow speaker. Conservatives have 318 seats leaving a notional 322 seats left. Think about this . The Liberal Democrats would be stark raving mad to get in to even a confidence and supply arrangement with a party who has 56 seats less than the biggest party . How long before the 11 DUP MPs would walk out with two actively pro United Ireland in the key positions.

I actually think it would be both hilarious and extremely damaging for the country for Corbyn to actually run a government without even the support of all of his 262 MPs never mind the Lib Dems .

No what Corbyn is really after is to attempt to seize power get voted down on his first vote in office and try an blackmail 66% of MPs to call for an election.

Corbyn he is a lazy bastard who would rather he could just go back to being a back bench MP . The real organ grinders are (Seamus Milne the public face of being presented by Mcdonnell) do not give a fuck about the economy actually being paralysed in such utter carnage being created.
In their eyes the greater the carnage the better !

letstalk2000 · 09/12/2018 20:15

Its actually 260 MPs as Frank Field and John Woodcock are independent MPs . Hell would freeze over before either of them would side with Corbyn after Momentum movement having been trying to deselect these two for nigh on three years.

katseyes7 · 09/12/2018 20:18

TeddyIsaHe patapouf l agree with both of you. Let's be honest, he couldn't do any worse than this current lot. At least the man has some humanity, which is more than you can say for the present incumbents.

katseyes7 · 09/12/2018 20:18

Shazafied You and me both!!

katseyes7 · 09/12/2018 20:21

PeroniZucchini This. This exactly. l couldn't agree more.

NutCrackerSuite · 09/12/2018 20:23

Let's hope so, better than this shower of clowns.

MarmotMorning · 09/12/2018 20:24

At the last General Election I would have been very happy to see Corbyn become pm.
But as far as I'm concerned they have since utterly failed to be an effective opposition party on Brexit. They either needed to come out in support of a leave agenda or become a focus of remain. They have done neither and the country is in a worse position because of it.

TrojanWhore · 09/12/2018 20:27

"Imagine railways renationalised!"

Don't have to - I remember it last time around. Considerably worse than it is now.

AllPowerfulLizardPerson · 09/12/2018 20:29

"they have since utterly failed to be an effective opposition party on Brexit"

That's because Corbyn supports the will of the people, so we're stating down the barrel of a gun if he gets in and the May deal is repudiated. It's one of the faster tracks to hard Brexit. Corbyn is antiEU

CougarSquad · 09/12/2018 20:30

Corbyn will step down if he wins, my guess is our PM would be JM or if parachuted into a safe seat Owen Jones.

Nenic · 09/12/2018 20:33

We’d end up like Venezuela. Corbyn is just a puppet for McDonnell anyway. He’s the dangerous one.

Woodward12 · 09/12/2018 20:49

I really hope so 🤞

CatFem · 09/12/2018 20:51

Let's hope it happens or else otherwise we are really screwed!

Malwoddy · 09/12/2018 20:51

I'm not a fan of Corbyn but I don't see how he could do worse than the last few Tory governments. We're an international laughing stock and the worst is yet to come.

PeroniZucchini · 09/12/2018 20:51

Venezuela my arse. Do you believe everything you read in the Daily Mail 😂

TeddyIsaHe · 09/12/2018 20:55

Will people stop spouting Daily Shite headlines as if they’re facts! Think for yourselves for gods sake. No wonder the country has fallen to the dogs, bloody hell.
