I want to drop kick it.

What do you think it conveys when you use it if you do?

I am using it like that when I'm not on mumsnet! That's what I meant. I substitute the 😊 For the Smile when talking to friends via text/Facebook.

I've got tons on my phone that I don't understand; what they're supposed to convey..? It would be so nice to have a little guide for autistic people who can't interpret all facial expressions!

I like the Mumsnet ones because they're all obvious and they include the expression name Blush

I'm with you OP - I find it vaguely irritating too. But that may be just my personality - 🙄 is top of my most frequently used list!
