I’ve lost a lot of weight recently but I still feel huge and that I have a lot of body fat

Would you look at me and think Shock she’s so overweight?

Jaygee61 · 20/01/2018 11:32

No I wouldn’t.

arnosgrove · 20/01/2018 11:32

Erm. ...no. I wouldn't look at anyone and think 😯she's so overweight. I think you look great but does it matter what other people think ?

Rumpledfaceskin · 20/01/2018 11:32

No. I’d think you’re slim.

Waffles80 · 20/01/2018 11:33

No, I really wouldn’t.

Be kind to yourself.

Tatapie · 20/01/2018 11:33

No way! You look slim and normal to me! Very flat stomach and definite waist. Congratulations on you weight loss, enjoy buying new clothes and don't compare yourself to some idea of perfection, you look great!

DratThatCat · 20/01/2018 11:34

Not in the slightest. I'd love to be as slim as you! Feel proud of your hard work!

Although I think with weight loss it's just as much a case of changing the psychological side of it than the behaviours, and it can take a while to stop seeing yourself as 'the fat person'.

RoboticSealpup · 20/01/2018 11:34

I think you look great actually.

PuntasticUsername · 20/01/2018 11:35

Fuck no, I'd love a belly like that! Most importantly, you look healthy.

PootlesLovelyHat · 20/01/2018 11:35

No, you don't look overweight to me. You have a waist definition but maybe just need to tone up like I need to.

Do you have any pictures of yourself before you lost the weight? Maybe that would make you realise what you've achieved. Focus on the positive not the negativeSmile

BuzzKillington · 20/01/2018 11:35

Not particularly. I should think you look slim with clothes on.

If you have recently lost weight, there will be some wobbly flesh to tone up.

HelloFreedom · 20/01/2018 11:36

The only question you need to focus on is are you still overweight? Looking for other people's validation regarding appearance is a miserable never ending road. Trust me.

Nope i think you look great too! Well done you.

gamerwidow · 20/01/2018 11:39

You look a healthy weight but a bit untoned. Nothing wrong with that I bet you look great with clothes on.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 20/01/2018 11:40

Üith the greatest respect you're either fishing for compliments or you need help if you honestly hand on your heart believe you are huge. There's not a bit of fat near you.

MatildaTheCat · 20/01/2018 11:40

When I lost weight it took me quite a while to identify as slim. I hope that’s the case for you because you are now slim.

Well done. Try to enjoy your new shape and dress to flatter.

Rumpledfaceskin · 20/01/2018 11:41

I don’t think you look untoned or saggy!! I can see the dips of your abs.

HuskyMcClusky · 20/01/2018 11:42

No, I would not think that.

Blackteadrinker77 · 20/01/2018 11:44

You're not over weight.

You do have body fat, we all do and we need it.

If you want to reduce your body fat % you could look in to recomping.

ThisLittleKitty · 20/01/2018 11:44

Her stomach definitely isn't toned. I wouldn't think it was flat by looking at it. But I agree probably fishing for compliments

Snowysky20009 · 20/01/2018 11:46

I used to have a belly like that last year, then medication made me put on 3 stone. Now I'm off it, I'm slowly going down- so I am aiming to have your belly and waist in the next few months!

SheSellSeaShells · 20/01/2018 11:47

No, you're slim. You're confusing not being toned with being overweight!

LolitaChi · 20/01/2018 11:47

No I’m not fishing for compliments at all ... I’ve struggled with weight my whole life and it’s only now I’ve finally lost a significant amount .. but I just don’t feel that great about my figure as I think I still hold quite a lot of fat despite loosing weight.
