To think Oprah being the potus would be amazing

Female, black and lesbian would restore my faith in the world. Trump's supporters would hate that and she seems far more suited than him. She would walk it right?

No. I'm sorry but it's the most IMPORTANT job in the world, yet seems to be the only one you are able to get with NO relevant qualifications or experience. Look up any other job, whether it's an Accounts Assistant or Project Manager. They want years of experience. Yet apparently you can run have the most important job in Politics if you're a popular celebrity/TV presenter. Ridiculous.

She would probably do a better job than Trump but that's not really the yardstick anyone should use. Especially for position of one of the world leaders. I don't think she is qualified for the job but hey I can't say I really understand how the Americans vote based on their current President. Also, since when has Oprah been lesbian?

Maybe? She seems alright. I agree having a black female president would be awesome.

But having a TV star like Oprah as potus is just a liberal/leftwing fantasy. Just like trump as president is an alt-right fantasy; it's just buying into a constructed TV persona. This OTT celebrity will come and fix everything where everyone else has failed? Seems unlikely

I’m still holding out for Michelle Obama, couldn’t care less what colour or gender or sexual orientation she is, I think she knows politics, is aware of the issues, has a brain and would make a good POTUS.

Yes I saw her speech. It was brilliant and from the heart.

But one good speech doesn't make a president.

I think Trump is such a piece of crap that people are just clutching at straws now for anyone to replace him.

I'm sure Barbara on the till at Walmart would be more preferable to a lot of us.
