They don't have teeth.

They aren't true teeth, just jagged bills which help them get a grip on fish.

They can break a man's arm with their necks, you know. This might be an urban myth, but if we're freaking out about swans, let's go the whole hog.

According to DM, DF went swan-upping with Jon Pertwee once. I'd rather give them a wide berth.

Goosanders and other 'sawbill' ducks are the toothiest birds. (Not actual teeth, they're called lamellae, but their function is the same as crocodile teeth - for gripping slippery fish.) Here's a goosander skull.
