Here you all are!

How to troll Mumsnet?
As if anyone didn't know......

ghostspirit · 10/01/2015 21:01

i used to stroke swans as a kid. we are friends...

BaronessBomburst · 10/01/2015 21:04

Were they stuffed in a stately home somewhere?

stickingpoint2 · 10/01/2015 21:07

I got bitten by a goose. It went through my tracksuit trousers (orienteering with school at local scenic spot age 14). It drew blood. I have a satisfied smirk every year we have goose for Christmas Wink

TheRealAmandaClarke · 10/01/2015 21:09

They need teeth for chewing all that bread. Hmm

TheRealAmandaClarke · 10/01/2015 21:10

Taxidermy's the way to go! We could arrange them in love pose pairs. Much better. Queen won't mind, once she's been briefed about the teeth.

Peahens also have teeth. As yet I have no reliable data on peacocks.

itchychin · 10/01/2015 21:18

I saw two swans try to take on two border collies today (or vice versa). Swans were triumphant.

Hoppinggreen · 10/01/2015 21:21

It's no big deal, I used to get regularly nibbled by ducks and it doesn't hurt.
What you need to watch is that they don't break your arm ( unlikely unless they have a baseball bat)

CalamitouslyWrong · 10/01/2015 21:21

This thread needs the ducks with dog masks picture.

And it's "teeth" arsenic. Grin

CalamitouslyWrong · 10/01/2015 21:22

And maybe some philandering swans research, complete with weird methodological techniques for checking which swans are shagging each other.

CalamitouslyWrong · 10/01/2015 21:24

There you go. You'll never look at a duck the same way again.

No birds have teeth!

They are nasty fuckers though.

My dog ran up to one to say hello and the bloody thing chased him around for ages.

CalamitouslyWrong · 10/01/2015 21:27

Swans have "teeth" though. Wikipedia says so.

Or you can think of it as having saw-like bills, which doesn't really make it any better.

The bastards were intimidating enough before I knew about their "teeth".

Sallystyle · 10/01/2015 21:31

Bills yes, but not teeth.

I agree doesn't matter. Horrible things either way.

My dog no longer tries to say hello to them when we go on that walk.

ArsenicFaceCream · 10/01/2015 21:31

I thought we could rerun the teeth/"teeth"/saw thing Wink

OP posts:
CalamitouslyWrong · 10/01/2015 21:34

I was saddened to see no one else had. The teeth/"teeth"/saws thing was the highlight of that troll thread.

And I learned a lot about the mating habits of waterfowl.

ArsenicFaceCream · 10/01/2015 21:46

( I still have it open on a tab)

OP posts:
CalamitouslyWrong · 10/01/2015 21:47

You will weep when that tab tries to reload.

Here's an image from your worst nightmares.

Jeez. That's 'orrible.

OP posts:
ArsenicFaceCream · 10/01/2015 21:49

Are you compiling material to remake 'The Birds'?

OP posts:
CalamitouslyWrong · 10/01/2015 21:49

Or this one.

DH will start wondering why the I could stream is full of images of vicious waterfowl and just won't understand my explanation. He'll give me that 'MN Hmm' look.

There are so many hideous photos on geese and swans on the internet. So many.

They will haunt my dreams.
