To cry at the new John Lewis Christmas ad, again?

Last years bear and hare left me cold, but this years penguin one had me sobbing. I may be hormonal.

I adore it. Last years was such a disappointment, left me cold too. This one is lovely and yes, I shed a tear too. I'm not even pregnant or on my period either .

I adored last years - not so much this one.

I sobbed at last years, even when the song came on the radio I was blubbing.

This year's one is lovely but no tears. :)

I didn't like last year's at all (was worried about the cartoon bear being woken up at the wrong time of year (yes I over think things)).

The funniest Christmas ad though was the old boots one wigh the 2 women who had heavy colds.

I don't like this ad at all.

I liked all of the others, but this one isn't very Christmassy - they seem to have pinned everything on a 7 year old pulling faces, and a line in soft toy penguins.

Maybe Sainsburys will be better - I'm off to stalk their website. I don't suppose they will be far behind John Lewis.

Oh dear, actual tears here... and the music just steers you towards it so effectively. Damn them!

Didn't really like it, tbh. My favourite was 2012, but I tbh loved all of them from 2010 apart from this one, I found it a bit disappointing.

Not seen it yet, can't wait!
