Gosh there has been lots of excitement on MN in the last day or so at the news that he has split with his partner. MNers practically scratching each others eyes out to have first claim on him! Which is all very lovely but....

I just don't see it. And I don't know why - I love beards, I love actors, I love talented men, I appreciate a slightly outlandish dress sense. But he does absolutely nothing for me. Not in his current state, not in his younger days - nada. Not even as Captain Jack Sparrow (see earlier beard reference)

That's the thing - I love beards. I consider it a full blown fetish. I think a beard could render any man on the planet at least marginally attractive. I fancy Russell Brand with a beard even though I loathe his skinny jeans and I think he's a pervy, misogynistic old lech who's mildly amusing at best

But I don't get JD at all. Not terribly keen on Brad either although I think he's the more attractive of the two.
