Fundamentally those armed forces that do Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) or even a hint of it (e.g some evasion and associated training) are really keen on details of methods, protocols and techniques not getting into the public domain.

Even in peace time attend some courses and the attendees may well be very firmly reminded of the security grading of the course and told nothing gets discussed outside the confines of the course.

There is therefore no way, especially with the conflict ongoing, that anyone is going to publish an accurate account of the rescues...the press and SM commentators can belly ache all they want...they'll be lucky to get more than a vague outline and frankly the CSAR folks will be quite happy if thz media start getting distracted by theories about Uranium recovery...
