I'll go first. I'm hoping to get some nice ideas 🙂that I wouldn't think of myself as my brain is tired of working out what were all going to eat every day 🙄

Today we had (per person):

1 large protein wrap with sliced, seasoned fillet steak, cooked rare (150g), 200g sliced and fried mushrooms and 80g fried onions and 40g grated red Leicester and cheddar cheese with garlic mayo.

It was delicious and very filling 😋

Also what's the oddest thing you've made with leftovers?

Last week, to save it from going to waste, I ended up eating diced cooked carrots and boiled potatoes mixed together with some salad cream and diced, pickled gherkins. Sounds weird but tasted okay 😂

Monday dinner here ( Sunday dinner, but jazzed a bit, bubble and squeek, left over Yorkies etc)
Made some roasted spice parsnip soup at the weekend, and made a cheese and onion quiche, so that tomorrow's dinner sorted😁

Dh was on curry leftovers from one he made on Saturday night, ds had some leftover sausages that needed using up and I made dd and me a roasted cabbage and chickpea salad which will also do us both for lunch tomorrow. Sort of jazzed up an existing recipe and it’s bloody lovely!

Too tired for full on cooking dinner (just for me), so spread some crumpets with leftover garlic and herb butter, grated cheese over the top and grilled, served alongside a bowl of tomato soup.
Delicious!

We had a sausage bake tonight with baby potatoes, peppers, red onion and a honey mustard cider sauce. So easy and absolutely delicious.

Last night's roast lamb and bones, leftover veg and roasting pan juices got turned into a tasty stock, then stripped the lamb from the bones and used the meat to make a lamb, potato and pearl barley broth which we had for dinner.

Most likely to have the same again for tomorrow, and then the last of the meat will get used up by serving it with roasted vegetables stuffed into pitta bread

DS1 has put in a request for 'Spagetti with little hotdogs cut up in it/ He's a bif fan of The Big Bang Theory and it's Sheldon's favourite meal.

So they will have that with salad and garlic bread.

I have a couple of ready frozen meals in the freezer- a potato gratin which i might have with some smoked haddock on the side and peas.
