Sick of the same if things. We eat too many carbs and not enough fibre and protein. What are you having for dinner?! I need inspiration please!

Lasagne tonight which I made yesterday. To get over the problem of "I don't know what to make" I use Mindful Chef for a few weeks. I then reuse the recipes once I've found some more I like. Also, you should try "Stocked" easy, tasty and quick.

I couldn't think of anything tonight so I'm having rice, chopped raw carrots and celery, hot petit poisoning, and a tin of mussels, with chilli oil poured over.

We are having this Taco Soup it’s delicious and very handy for when everyone has to eat at different times which we do on Mondays.

It does benefit from cooking longer than the recipe says though - I leave simmering for 45 min+ before adding the beans. I add spinach too.

A substantial curried Mulligatawny soup, with carrots, celery, rice, chicken (leftover bits from a roast) chopped apple, and naan bread on the side.
