I can confirm that Marmite is the food of the Gods, whereas salted caramel is just a bit meh.

I do like marmite but, along with lemon, it's one of the many foods that doesn't like me.

But it seems to have been added to everything, lately. Even pizza.

No to Marmite and salted caramel. Yes to lemon.

A lot of things need chillies more than you think.

And yes to the chillies too.
Marmite topped with mashed banana on toast is my absolute favourite thing. Pondering now whether a sprinkling of dried chili might enhance it.

Sprouts, depends on their size and how prepared but I don't buy them.

Sprouts are the work of the devil.

I loathe them. I can only eat them if they have been over prepared to the point they can no longer be identified.

Lemon is fabulously versatile in cooking.

Cumin in all Mediterranean ragu, lemon pasta is the food of the gods and goddess and marmite pasta is blooming marvelous - great on toast as well, especially in the depths of winter.

Love marmite and sprouts are delicious as long as you pan fry and pair them with complimentary flavours (bacon and black pepper) Boil them and you have a dish fit for the torture chamber.

Also; garlic and buttered chili on lightly steamed broccoli. Amazing.
