As someone who isn't particularly left wing I actually agree with this!

Labour needs to hold onto its grassroots politics and Starmer risks moving too far right (which I’m not happy about either!).

Another female Labour MP I find myself listening too with awe is Diane Abbott but I don’t think the role would be right for her.

Im still a fan of Johnathan Ashworth. But he’s not for a seat anymore so no point hoping for his name to be thrown into the mix!!!

Ant Middleton is a very overt racist. Middleton is an ally, friend & champion of Nigel Farage but now standing as an Independent for London Mayor because he is much too openly racist for Reform, now openly advocating you should need British-born grandparents to be eligible for leadership roles
