What’s a “small” change that hit you harder than it should have?

I’m still gutted about the recipe change for Robinsons Summer Fruits Refreshed. That was one of my absolute favourites, and Ribena Strawberry was right up there too, but I just can’t get into the new versions at all. I also never got over the switch they made to Robinsons Fruit & Barley Summer Fruits. Anyone else have a “small” change like this that just hit a little harder than expected? What have you been gutted about that's really not a big deal to others?

Cadbury’s chocolate. I still eat it but…it’s just a bit sadder

@WahWahWahs I felt the exact same way when I opened a tin of Quality Street the other day. Everything seemed to have hint of orange and the purple one was gone .

Agree about the Robinson's drinks. They have gone really watery and look like they are already diluted. I used to love the Peach one but it's not as good any more.

Not being able to drive in central London any more.

Removing Worchester sauce french fries. To be honest that broke my heart and Im still not over it.

M&S do Worcester sauce crisps. Nice big sharing size bag, although sharing isn't happening compulsory.

Cauldron sausages (vegetarian) the changed the recipe. Fortunately there was so many complaints, the changed it beck, then a few months later changed them again. Fortunately this time they're edible, but they're no where near as good as the originals. 😪😪😪

Local Sainsbury removed hasbrowns from their freezers to make way for seasonal Christmas frozen foods. Utter horror

Just recently, Fairy Liquid has changed. It's gone all thin and useless.

Yes, and it's TOO THIN now!!!

Happily driving along at a perfectly safe speed of 30mph and having to drop down to 20mph and feel a fool as grannies walking along the pavement are faster than you!

Look on the back of the wrappers where the ingredients/address etc is, if it says. ‘made under licence from Cadbury uk” don’t buy it. If you find one without that it’s much more like the old Cadbury’s!

Lidl Elderflower and Mexican Lime.

They changed the colour of the street lights on my road from orange to white a few years back and I'm honestly still livid about it.
Literally no one else has noticed. My DH didn't notice till i pointed it out

My supermarket used to do a box of fruit ice lollies for a £1 which were really nice and perfect after dinner. They stopped selling them.

Extra virgin olive oil has gone up from £2.50 for just under a litre to £8.50.

I'm completely devastated that Heinz discontinued their treacle in the tin😔 nothing comes close to how that tasted😭

Acqua Di Gio perfume. 'Oh sir, it's discontinued but Acqua Di Gioa is exactly the same, she'll love it'...

I'm fed up of how most chocolate tastes these days, it's all greasy and too sweet.
