@bizzey ouch, never had a sty but have had other eye issues and it’s awful having one of your senses effectively disabled.
@Mumtobabyhavoc I had to stop breastfeeding due to back issues. I had an older child too and all that lifting, bending and sitting on the floor took its toll. If you can carve out time for some sort of massage it is definitely worth it.
@Penguinsa Chatsworth looks amazing and we love everything Christmassy so that will go on my list to find time to visit.
@MissConductUS I think the key to a happy transition into retirement is to have plenty of things you want to do but also plenty of time to just chill. I’ve seen friends run ragged volunteering for everything going and ending up with almost a full time job, where they don’t want to let anybody down.
I have been cold water swimming again this week, really chilled me out, I slept so well afterwards. Also doing a bit of ceilidh dancing with dd who if you remember has dyspraxia so it doesn’t come easily. She has done very well with it though and we have also enjoyed watching some dancing and listening to the bands.
