Just a general chat about what gifts people received for Mother's Day?

I got some nice flowers and a bottle of Golden Dusk perfume by Sunnamusk.

My dd made me a card and we got some flowers from school. So kind. We don't rely celebrate much besides kids birthdays.

Mug, chocolates, flowers, candle, gin and homemade cards. 🙂

Hummusanddipdip · 19/03/2023 18:59

Home-made card and a bunch of daffodils.

Said to DH Thursday I need to go get cards etc for our mums, his response "I was going to get a card, but ds made one at nursery so haven't bothered" good thing I prefer home made over shop bought 🤣

LubaLuca · 19/03/2023 18:59

A heated throw (very unexpected, and very happy about it), tea and toast in bed, and lunch out for all of us plus my mum. I've had a happy day 🙂

A box of Violet Creams and a card, very nice!

Ihatebloodycocomelon · 19/03/2023 19:01

Bottle of raspberry gin and some bottle lights. Best of all some cards they made at nursery (they're 3 and 1).

katienana · 19/03/2023 19:02

Voucher for a spa day, enough so I can take my mum with me. Lovely message in my card too.

Bearonthestair · 19/03/2023 19:04

An oodie and a lego flower bouquet. Delighted.

roarfeckingroarr · 19/03/2023 19:05

I got a card "from the cats" 😅

AC2022 · 19/03/2023 19:11

Quite surprised to have got a Pandora charm from DSD, chocolates from DSS and some flowers from my DSGC.

Lovelynames123 · 19/03/2023 19:12

Tulips, a couple of boxes of chocolates and 3 cards from 2 dc - I thought xh wouldn't bother as things have been turbulent recently but he did sort something out for the dc, as well as me giving them some money, in Aldi 😂

Best present though, spending the day with dc as don't usually have them on a Sunday, they came to work with me and were super helpful then my sis cooked for us all

RicciardoPerez · 19/03/2023 19:13

A card :)

GoodChat · 19/03/2023 19:13

A 'mum' necklace, cupcakes and lunch out - feel very lucky!
