Be honest: does this dress look like a towel?

I bought a dress online that I had been thinking about for months. It will arrive in a couple of days. It was very expensive.

However, I showed it to my friends and everyone says that it looks like a towel Shock

Be honest: is it awful? Does it look like a towel to you?

Oh. Well. Er, a bit, tbh. It certainly doesn't look expensive. I'm sorry. Was it for a specific event? To me it looks like something you'd slip on on holiday as a beach/pool bar cover up?

Yes it does. It’s not flattering either, none of the three women wearing it look good IMO.

I’m sure it would look v nice on you but it does look a bit like a dress you’d make out of a piece of flannel for a barbie when you’re little.
