What's the best peanut butter?

After years of buying bog standard supermarket cheapest peanut butter, I bought some Meridian last week and wow it is soooo good. It's accidentally picked up almond butter, so then bought chunky peanut butter. Can't believe I've been missing out on this stuff.

What's the best peanut butter, what shall I try next?

Pip'n' Nut. Love it! And you can get a massive tub. Yum!

ICantThinkOfOne13 · 30/01/2022 19:43

My absolute favourite is the Extra Crunchy Skippy peanut butter 🤤

FlyingFlamingo · 30/01/2022 19:44

I like Whole Earth Organic Crunchy
The organic one is muuuuch nicer than the standard one

StrychnineInTheSandwiches · 30/01/2022 19:45

Skippy. It's not one of these new fangled healthy peanut butters.

B1ngB9ng · 30/01/2022 19:45

Whole Earth by far.

SprinkledGlitter · 30/01/2022 19:46

Skippy certainly Smile

mswales · 30/01/2022 19:46

ManiLife deep roast, total game changer

PartyPlan · 30/01/2022 19:46

I love Manilife. Got a free sample once and haven’t looked back. They do a dark roast one too, feels a bit more grown up!

pairsinparis · 30/01/2022 19:48

Ooh they do a cocoa manilife peanut butter

MANILIFE!!!!

ferrychristmas · 30/01/2022 19:49

I love meridian
Biona is good to too
Skin on vs skin off respectively
Figured out which you prefer, or mix it up.
But do go for ones that are 100%peanut, only added salt if you like it.
I choose without salt as usually eat it with marmite so salty enough.

rrhuth · 30/01/2022 19:49

I think Meridian is the best.

beardeddragon174 · 30/01/2022 19:50

Skippy or Manilife

witchofthenorth · 30/01/2022 19:51

Skippy!! Fucking amazing. Absolutely not a healthy, organic, distilled with butterflies tears peanut butter, just a jar of peanutty, buttery goodness. Even better on hot buttered toast!

ablisha · 30/01/2022 19:51

@Cloudsarebright

MANILIFE!!!!
Heard this one is so good but not tried
Plump82 · 30/01/2022 19:51

I used to love Whole Earth until I tried Aldi's version and it's so, so much nicer. And cheaper, plus no palm oil.

Southlandssue · 30/01/2022 19:52

Proper nutty smunchy

WeeFae · 30/01/2022 19:53

Sainsbury's Basics

Pretty sure Skippy is full of palm oil and ground up orangutans Sad

Pip and nut is the best
Aldi's dupe is also great

Basically you want one that just contains peanuts and maybe salt.

No butterfly tears or palm oil required

MissNothing1991 · 30/01/2022 19:58

I actually like PB2 Peanut Butter Powder now, you can mix it with water to make peanut butter if you so wish.

Pinchofnom · 30/01/2022 19:59

Whole earth and meridian are the faves in our house.
