Things I learned too late in life

No one anywhere has ever had their life improved by me wearing high heels. I now wear comfy shoes for every occasion and life is immeasurably better. I can move quicker, get more done in a day and never miss any fun because my feet hurt or I don't have suitable footwear. I don't know what on earth possessed me for so long.

Im still too self conscious and blush at the drop of a hat. I need to learn people dont care about me, they aren't all looking at me. I dont know when that will kick in.

Honestly they are too busy worrying about their own issues xxxx

That insecure women are toxic !

I wish I had known that some women just hate you if you are happy in your own skin .. just because they are so insecure and apparently that's your fault ! 🙄🙄

I have a relative who has cast me in the role of her enemy. She fawns over everybody else and treats me like a ghost and my crime, I think I was just a little bit more comfortable in my skin and a little bit happier and more confident than she'd remembered me being. I seem to be her enemy now. It's bizarre. She may be insecure but she is outwardly a very socially dominant person and has pushed me out of the group by never ever acknowledging anything I contributed in stark contrast to the ''love bomb'' she gives all the others. It's mad. You'd think in a group of your relatives that'd be the one place you'd be safe from an insecure covert scapegoating narcissist trying to get you out of the group but no. Her behaviour shocked me. She is 50! How can somebody behave so badly and think they are just meting out JUSTICE! And I guarantee, she does not think she has done anything wrong. She feels like I offended her.
