The most and least expensive properties in your postcode?

Just having a gander on Rightmove and was curious about my area.

Most expensive property currently for sale:
£21,995,000

(Yes, £21million!)

Cheapest currently for sale:
£190,000

There were a couple cheaper but were listed as shared ownership.

I'm in London.

Gtr Manchester

195k 4 bed victorian terrace
250k 4 bed victorian semi

That's all within a 1/4 mile radius of my postcode.
