£380k for 4 bed, 5 bathroom, 5 acres and amazing views

£15k for an old meeting hall but housewise £50k for a 1 bed semi detached ex-council house. I'd be surprised if they get that asking price.

ThePug · 06/03/2021 08:59

First part of postcode.... £5.75m for an 8 bedroom townhouse. Down to £100k.... for a single garage! Cheapest actual home is £115k for a 1 bed flat

umberellaonesie · 06/03/2021 09:05

Most expensive £275000 cheapest £85700.
Our postcode is one street and these houses are next door to each other. It is absolute madness.

SomeRandomerOnBumsnet · 06/03/2021 09:14

5m 6 bed detached house
110k park mobile home
Rural SE

gracielooloo · 06/03/2021 09:16

squashyhat · 06/03/2021 09:24

Using 1st part of postcode:

£2.95m for a 4 bed house with outbuildings, stables, tearoom, shop and 32 acres. A well-known local tourist business which closed down due to Covid.

£95k for a 1-bed retirement apartment.

Semi-rural East Sussex.

ShowOfHands · 06/03/2021 09:34

£1.9m for a huge and beautiful farmhouse, comes with 60 acres, a commercial income and 3 cottages.

60k for a 1 bed flat (perfectly lovely and has a courtyard garden).

I live in East Anglia.

JaninaDuszejko · 06/03/2021 09:38

Using the first part of my postcode the most expensive is 'offers over £700K' for a brand new detached house on a good street (but there are several beautiful and bigger period properties available in a better location for £600K so I think the developer is taking the piss), the cheapest (not including retirement flats with large service fees) is a 2 bed terrace for £45K.

Jellybean81 · 06/03/2021 09:42

Using the first part of my postcode
Most expensive 5 bed house -£2.1m
Least expensive 1 bed flat on estate - £177k
About 0.5 mile apart
London zone 2 in an area that's typically considered 'undesirable' on MN

PL15namechange · 06/03/2021 10:03

Sorry, prices for above are most expensive 2.15m and 1.75m, cheapest 72.5k

Echobelly · 06/03/2021 10:17

North London - cheapest is £150k for a tiny studio flat (12x9ft main space) with a short lease (it doesn't say how short a lease!); has to be cash buyer both because of that and, apparently, because it's so small. It's not in awful condition, but the lease and size are certainly an issue!

Priciest £4.95m - 7-bed detached house nearly 8000 sq ft, with outdoor swimming pool.

SylviaPlath1984 · 06/03/2021 11:18

Bangor/Holywood here

£2.5m and £80,000

ExhaustedGrinch · 06/03/2021 11:27

Most expensive: £775,000 6 bedroom detached house, 2 bathrooms and 4 reception rooms

Cheapest: £90,000 1 bedroom flat (a teeny pokey scruffy looking one at that)

PlayItCool · 09/03/2021 18:20
@PlayItCool . Is that your actual postcode though? Surely the detached footballs place has enough land to take it into a different postcode from a two bed apartment (and wherever you live)?

Most villages/towns/cities will have million pound houses and one bed flats. The Op wanted to know about immediate area.
It's the first part of my postcode, which is what I thought the others were doing. Oh well

Shoxfordian · 09/03/2021 18:25

214,500 for shared ownership one bedroom flat
2,780,000 for 9 bedroom house

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 09/03/2021 18:51

£220k, 1 bed flat.

£10.5m - 😱 - 7 bed house

TheRealCherHorowitz · 09/03/2021 18:52

From first part of postcode:
Most expensive: £800,000 for a 4-bed windmill
Least expensive: £160,000 for a 3-bed but ex-military so sold at a reduced price

Only 25 houses in total though
