The most and least expensive properties in your postcode?

Just having a gander on Rightmove and was curious about my area.

Most expensive property currently for sale:
£21,995,000

(Yes, £21million!)

Cheapest currently for sale:
£190,000

There were a couple cheaper but were listed as shared ownership.

I'm in London.

£590k and £134k

2 million for a 5 bed house and 210k for a 1 bed flat in Surrey.

Most expensive £650k 7 bed detached.
Least expensive £49k 1 bed flat.

NI suburbia

Most expensive is 850k for a 5 bed detached house.
Cheapest is 120k for a one bed flat.
I'm in the East of England.

There’s only one within 3 miles. It’s a sweet little cottage in need of complete renovation. It’s on at £1.9.

3 million a 4 bed detached with 4 acres

110k 1 bed semi-detached bungalow

Ooooh interesting ( I love looking on Rightmove etc )

I live in a fairly low cost part of the country so - most expensive 1 mil . Cheapest 75k

Around a distance of 2 miles Between the properties I’d say

Cheapest: £179,950 for a studio flat.
Dearest: £9.5 mil for a 9 bed detached house.

£965k and down to £80k.

Or £17k for a garage.

I'm in BS postcode area (but outside Bristol).
Most expensive is a £1,900,000 barn conversion and the cheapest is a £100,000 retirement flat.

6 Bedroom detached on for £7 million, but there is a POA house that I suspect will go for more

1 bed flat £280K

SW London/Surrey Borders

SE London / Kent borders
Lowest: £99,995 1 bed retirement flat
Highest: £2m. 3 bed house, 11 acres, stables, outbuildings, etc

975k for a 5 bed with a pool or 130k for a 1 bed flat (leaving aside all the shared ownership and retirement flats)

I’m ignoring the retirement flats and the 1 shared ownership flat.

£142k for a studio flat up to £1.2m for a 6 bed detached.

SE

Most expensive £25 million

Cheapest £140,000, but that’s a boat. (You could get a garage for £200,000 or a parking space for £210,000.)
The cheapest actual living space on land is £235,000.

£1.5m for a 4 bedroom detached house with land for potential development. Cheapest, £170k for 2 bedroom flat. My actual road ranges from about £300k to £1m. Essex.

Skipping past the three properties that are "price on application", the most expensive is £935,000 for a five bedroom bungalow/cottage.

The cheapest is £79,800 for a brand new park home.

Two of the POA properties are apartments (2 and 3 bedrooms) the third is a 10 bedroom castle with 3 cottages, outbuildings, a 5 car garage, all in 53 acres and has been on the market for five years at least.

Fife.

£1.5 million for a 5 bed detached, looks like something out of Grand Designs.
£100k for a one bed above a bookies.

Highest - 6 bed detached for £999,950
Lowest - 2 bed ground floor apartment with garden (lower half of a semi detached house) for £189,000
I'm in Sussex, border of east and west.

£975k for a 4 bed house with impressive holiday let on same property, edge of holiday village, great views to sea & farmland
vs.
£80k 1 bed flat in market town above empty shop, daytime busy road
