The most and least expensive properties in your postcode?

Just having a gander on Rightmove and was curious about my area.

Most expensive property currently for sale:
£21,995,000

(Yes, £21million!)

Cheapest currently for sale:
£190,000

There were a couple cheaper but were listed as shared ownership.

I'm in London.

Small town in yorkshire

Highest £2.5million
Lowest £180k for 1 bed flat

South Manchester

£5.5M 6-bed detached in footballer territory
£65k 2-bed apartment in the less nice bit

@PlayItCool . Is that your actual postcode though? Surely the detached footballs place has enough land to take it into a different postcode from a two bed apartment (and wherever you live)?

Most villages/towns/cities will have million pound houses and one bed flats. The Op wanted to know about immediate area.

Got mine wrong! £115k for a 1 bed flat (some shared ownership cheaper) & £3.5 million for an unusual looking super home Kevin would be proud. I’m not certain.

That’s in the beginning part of my postcode

The beginning of my postcode shows villages outside the town as well . There’s three 5/6 bed places for £I.7k. Nothing under £132K (park home).

My postcode shows nothing for sale.

1/4 mile and the most is £650 for some 3 beds and £170K for a 1 bed flat.

I think we should also see how many places are up to buy? Be interesting to see if everyone in London is selling up snd moving to the countryside.

£1.5m for a 146 square metre, 3 bedroom top floor flat.

2 bed, 86 sq.m. Middle floor flat £427k

Only other property listed is £738k, 3 bed ground floor flat, 128sq.m.

No idea . Don't really care. This country is so over priced for what's it's actually worth tbh.

Most expensive - £925k for a 6 bed house. Least expensive (not including holiday park lodges) - 1 bed flat, £60k

I'm in a small town on the edge of the Lake District.

In my village, there are 39 houses for sale but 21 of those are new builds as the village is currently swamped by building (more than doubling the size of the village).

So 18 houses not including brand new ones.

A 2 bedroom flat for £95, 000

£2.2 million - 6 bed

£240,000 - 3 bed terrace.

About half a mile apart.

Eeek - LB Barnet is crazy. Could not buy here in a million years!

I'm in London.

Cheapest is a one bedroom flat 65k (actually much cheaper than I'd expect) and most expensive is a 7 bedroom house £895k.

900k for a rather lovely Georgian house.

160k for a very small 2 bed terrace.

West Yorkshire

Lowest £55,000 one bed terraced house
Highest £350,000 5 bed detached

They are 2.5 miles away from each other

325k and 900k in the Midlands

There's a farm for sale for £15 million and a costal property for £9m (with land). There's a 1 bed ex council for £120k. Most expensive house in town (no land) is £2.1m amazing westerly sea views

Ps used first part of postcode as new build estate here and all properties are town houses on my street circa £400k
