The most and least expensive properties in your postcode?

Just having a gander on Rightmove and was curious about my area.

Most expensive property currently for sale:
£21,995,000

(Yes, £21million!)

Cheapest currently for sale:
£190,000

There were a couple cheaper but were listed as shared ownership.

I'm in London.

Most expensive is £3.2m for a 6 bed detached.

Lowest 150k 1 bed houseboat.

London (outer).

800k for 5 bed detached property with lots of land and 92 k for 1 bed flat - again first part of postcode used and big difference in areas!

A 19 bed HMO for 1.6 million
A two bed park gone for £65,000

Highest 4 bed flat at £15 million. Lowest £121,000 for a shared ownership 1 bed flat. The cheapest non-shared ownership is £250,000 for a bedsit.

Cheapest is a 2 bed terrace just off busy high street - 50k. Needs updating. There's a few clean and tidy 2 bed terraces going for 55k that you could start living in straight away. Most expensive is a 14 bed end of terrace in a conservation area. 545k.

Cheapest 99,987 3 bed semi

Most expensive £3,080,000 but that is for a block of 46 flats

I live in the cheapest part of my town.

200,000 to 1.4 million here

Most expensive £1,400,000, for a 6 bed detached home.

Cheapest - £70,800 for a 40% shared ownership 1 bed flat.

£2.5 mil highest, £129k retirement studio flat lowest

Highest - 15 bedroom house (presumed old care home/B&B or HMO - £1m

Lowest - 2 bed terrace - £50k

Dukinfield, Tameside

Most expensive in my (very rural midlands) area is £950,000, although the only houses big enough for us are actually around the £700,000 mark- not that our house cost anything like that!

The cheapest actual house (ie, not land or a park home) is a flat for £65,000. Weirdly on the pictures there's a box of cornflakes in the oven....

I'm in Hove and searched for 3/4 bedroom properties and I've just got detached, terraced or maisonettes ranging from £1.2million to £1.5million

I had to expand to 1 mile away to find any! Cheapest is £1,250,000, most expensive is £3,500,000! There's only two on the list!!!

I just used the first part of my postcode
£795,000 for a 5 bed detached house
£45,000 for a 3 bed terraced house

We have a 4 bed detached house with a garage and paid £155,000 for it, apparently the cheapest 4 bed detached with a garage in south wales according to my husband lol

Highest is £2.9m (quite low as the highest is usually in the 5-6 range round here, lowest is £250k for a studio.

London, obvs.

Highest is a 6 bed detached (in a street I never heard of, even though I have lived here all my life, so must be a pretty new build) at £499950
Lowest is 3 bed flat (in a pretty rough area, but not the worst place in town) for £11000.

The £11000 is start price for auction now I look. The flat under it is for sale at £16500 though.

Cheapest is a 2 bed semi for £74k most expensive is a 4 bed detached for £300k they are both within a mile of me

Highest - 6 bed detached for 3 million
Lowest 3 bed flat for 280k
