The most and least expensive properties in your postcode?

Just having a gander on Rightmove and was curious about my area.

Most expensive property currently for sale:
£21,995,000

(Yes, £21million!)

Cheapest currently for sale:
£190,000

There were a couple cheaper but were listed as shared ownership.

I'm in London.

I used the first part of my postcode only.

Highest - detached 4 bedroom £365,000www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/103681712#/

lowest - 2 bedroom flat £65,000

Cheapest is a one bed flat for £53,000 and most expensive is a 5 bed detached for £460,000. Fife.

HIGHEST £475,000 for a 4 bed detached with beautiful countryside views

LOWEST £80,000 1 bedroom flat

Nothing for sale on mine (SE)
. If I go to 1/2 mile it’s a 3 bed for £650K and a one bed for £170K

Lowest: £275,000 1 bedroom ex LA flat

Highest: £2,500,000 6 bed detached but in a Victorian street so only a few feet between the neighbouring houses.

£350,000 - tiny studio

£11.21 million - 3 bed apartment

Outer London - lowest £85000 for a retirement flat (this seems very cheap). Cheapest normal flat £210,000.
Most expensive £1,250,000 for 5 bed detached.

£125,000 one bed flat. £795,000 four bed.
Just outside Nottingham city centre.

A staggering £22,490,000! How the other half Live.

Cheapest is £115,000 for a retirement flat. Cheapest non retirement is £210,000.

I used to live in Yorkshire. This area still makes my eyes water.

Most expensive - 5 bed house £730,000

Most expensive
4.75 million. 7 bed country house, plus cottage, 30 stables, stud, riding school, 75 acres in total.

Cheapest
125k small 2 bed flat

Most expensive - 2.6m 6 bed country house with indoor pool and 4 acres.
Least expensive - 50k for a mid-terrace 'in need of modernisation' this is an understatement

Nothing for sale in my exact postcode. In my village in South Yorkshire the most expensive is a 4 bedroom detached house for £495k and the least expensive is a 2 bedroom apartment for £130k.

There was nothing very exciting in my postcode.

Searching the town I live in...

Most - £8.75million, 18 bed detached house
Least - £45k “studio flat” which is basically just a bedroom in a converted Edwardian house

Most expensive - £3.95m 5 bed country house, 5k square feet, 1.5 acres of land

Least expensive - there is a garage for £20k, a 1 bed park home for £99k and a houseboat for £145k, and a 1 bed place for £150k but over 55s only. The cheapest house that anyone could buy is a 1 bed maisonette for £200k which is really just an upstairs flat in a terrace conversion, 430 square feet, no garden or outside space.

I’m in Manchester
Highest - 6 bedroom period detached on the street next to ours for £1.8m. They are such gorgeous houses.
Lowest - tiny studio flat, £110k on the main road. You’d have to be super keen to live in this suburb as you can get far more for your money nearby. Maybe more of a bolthole for someone. Weird.

Cheapest is a 1 bed retirement flat £40,000

Most expensive is a 7 bed detached £800,000

Most expensive £9million for a three bedroom apartment. Or £30,000 for a parking space. Bargain.

0 and 0. No properties for sale in my postcode. There are 2 within 1/2 mile. 270k and 350k.

Cheapest - 48k for a 1 bed flat
Most expensive - 3 million but it’s a legit castle
