Anne As you'll see from my video, I'm blessed with a naturally muscular physique. So I don't particularly need to exercise. However, because I have a restless mind I like to come up with new ways of giving myself a workout around the house. For example, lifting my feet up when Mrs Barry is hoovering exercises the large thigh muscles. I've also raised my step count by taking my own plate out to the kitchen - bonus being it helps Mrs Barry out no end!

Guinness or the odd whisky for me, if you're buying, love Call me old fashioned, but I don't approve of women drinking. No man will respect you if you don't respect yourself, harsh but true. However, if you must, something classy like a small dry sherry or a Baileys.
