S111n20 · 10/03/2021 20:47

Could anyone help me please ? Can you count granola as your healthy B if so how many grams ? Thanks.

JingleAndTonic · 10/03/2021 21:00

There are definitely a few granola brands which count as HEB, I'm pretty sure it's 40g but I don't have a membership anymore so couldn't say for certain. But tbh granola is granola so I would just count any 40g of granola as HEB, I'm not the strictest follower of SW though especially when it comes to HEB choices, any bread is fair game in my book Grin

S111n20 · 10/03/2021 21:02

😂 that’s just made me laugh ! Thanks a lot I’m just really fed up of the same old breakfasts now and need to try and stay on track as I’ve not been doing to well lately.

troppibambini6 · 11/03/2021 10:42

Heb usually equate to around 120/130 calories or six syns. As long as you stick to around that for your cereal/bread I reckon that's fine.
If I use it for bread I usually have a slice of sourdough.
