Hi everyone, hope you don’t mind me jumping back on, it’s been a while Blush.

I’ve been struggling so much this past year, every couple of weeks I decide I’m getting back on plan, have a few really good days then spectacularly fall off the wagon. I’m desperate to break the cycle, I’m heavier than I’ve ever been and it’s starting to affect my health. I’m hoping posting this here might help me stay on track. Plan for today:

B - mango and strawberries
L - jacket potato with cheese and beans (HEA)
D - sausages (3), SW chips and veg
S - 2 skinny crunch bars (HEB)

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2021 10:09

Anyone always welcome @MummyInTheNecropolis. Tink you did really well before

I seem to plod. Lose and gain same lbs :(

MummyInTheNecropolis · 24/03/2021 10:15

Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun. I have done well in the past, I am about 10 stone overweight so do tend to get big losses to begin with, just never seem to manage to stick with it.

troppibambini6 · 24/03/2021 10:48

Hiya Smilewelcome back mummy and hello to the new people!!

Another maintain for me today. Sugar has crept back in and this weekend was utterly ridiculous is was almost as if I was on some self sabotage mission. I literally ate everything so really after a couple of days back on plan I'm quite lucky to have maintained.

I want a loss this week I've maintained for 3 weeks now (all my own fault) I need to have a full week on plan. I'm 1.5 lbs away from my stone and half award.

L- bacon eggs and spinach
D-steak and salad

wildthingsinthenight · 24/03/2021 10:51

Morning all, have been for my vaccine, freaked myself out then of course it was fine!

Welcome @motherofawhirlwind and welcome back @MummyInTheNecropolis it took several years for me to break the cycle of starting a diet then giving up, it's really difficult so don't be too hard on yourself!

L - a ciabatta (HEB) with chorizo (2 syns), light mozzarella (HEA) and light sweet chilli (1/2 syn)

T - a morrisons fishcake (2) with I think spicy rice, more sweet chilli (1/2) and salad

S - strawberries and some low fat chocolate ice cream (5) for the trauma you know Grin

motherofawhirlwind · 24/03/2021 11:50

@MummyInTheNecropolis my initial target is 10st off too so be nice to have someone else around with similar.

Today:
B - smoothie (awaiting clarification on syns from consultant but fingers crossed it's 3 + HExA)
S - cheese puffs
L - salad using up a leftover burger and bits
D - pasta and balls, cheese (HExA)

MummyInTheNecropolis · 24/03/2021 14:47

Thanks everyone, @motherofawhirlwind I’m not even thinking about the 10 stone just yet - I’d be overjoyed with 2-3 stone right now! 🙈

motherofawhirlwind · 24/03/2021 15:32

True - I have mini targets, interim targets, all sorts :)

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2021 16:02

Thought I'd drop in and say hi!

Obviously the diet went out the window because it was just too difficult with the pregnancy and was getting a bit anxious about it weighing myself etc. I'm currently just trying to make good choices that balance out the bad ones (like eating a whole Easter egg (small one!))

Hope you're all well :)

JingleAndTonic · 24/03/2021 16:56

oh no hope I won't feel wonky for two weeks @Blondeshavemorefun I feel a bit dizzy this afternoon but not exactly fluey so that's positive!

Hi @Bl0ndi3 hope you're doing well! How far along are you now?

Bl0ndi3 · 24/03/2021 16:58

@JingleAndTonic hey! I'm just over 31 weeks now so not long left to go! I daren't weigh myself haha last time I did I think I was approaching the 2.5 stone mark but not worrying about it anymore I'll lose it when baby is here! X

MummyInTheNecropolis · 24/03/2021 17:42

Congrats @Bl0ndi3, last time I was on these threads I think you had just found out you were pregnant! Glad to hear all is well Flowers

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2021 18:07

@Bl0ndi3 aww lovely, absolutely don't worry about the weight, it is what it is and you'll get a baby out of it! 💖

JingleAndTonic · 24/03/2021 19:22

thought we had the morrison's fish cakes but it was these, imagine they're absolutely syntactic but omg they were delicious! cals are roughly the same as the morrison's ones so not too upset with myself Grin

DAILY MENU 5 - PLEASE POST WHAT YOU EAT
troppibambini6 · 25/03/2021 07:57

Hi @Bl0ndi3 gosh that's gone quick (probably not for you!) how exciting!! Do you know if it's a girl or boy?

Jingle they're not too bad 5.5 per cake. Worth it if they were delicious!!

Blondes you're right it is hard!! I'm trying to keep it super low but not completely gone.

Bl0ndi3 · 25/03/2021 09:06

We're having a boy and all is going well ❤️

It's gone slow and quick all at the same time haha!

Hoping a lot of the weight goes when he's born and then hoping to BF which I know burns a tonne of cals so I'll just get my diet under control when I can!

I was trying to exercise as well as balancing out the good and the bad food choices but I've got pelvic pain which is making that difficult!

Hope you're all doing well! X

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/03/2021 11:27

B fruit yog

L bacon butty bread b cheese a ketchup 1 fruit

motherofawhirlwind · 25/03/2021 17:35

B - oat smoothie (HExA + 1.5, hopefully)
L - salad with balls (4) and leftover pasta
D - Vivera Shawrama (0.5) with onions, peppers and mushrooms, cheese (HExA), salad, chips, a Morrisons seeded flatbread (5.5) and mint yogurt (0.5)

Might skip the flatbread entirely to make it a really low syn day, as do I really need it??
