L chicken and feta salad, hifi (3)
D smoked haddock with veggie “rice” and sugar snap peas
S skips (3.5) fibre one bar (4)

B - multigrain hoops (HEb) & milk (HEa)
L - baked potato with cheese (HEa), salad, dressing (0.5 syns)
D - 2 Aldi skinny sausages (1 syn), homemade SW chips, carrots, cauliflower & peas, tomato ketchup (0.5 syns)
Fat free Greek yoghurt and fruit
S - apple

Barely touched my syns today, might have a rum and diet coke once the kids are in bed.

ooh fab thank you @troppibambini6 for some reason I had it in my head they would be 12 syns or something!

felt like death warmed up yesterday so didn't eat too much, just tomato soup for lunch then chips and cheese for tea with an ice lolly as a snack, all within syns just not very exciting! and I've lost 1lb this week so happy with that Smile

L - ciabatta (HEB) with chorizo (2) mozzarella (HEA) and sweet chilli (1/2) with some tomato soup

T - halibut with chorizo (4) sliced fried tatties and roasted med veg

S - muller light (1/2) and potentially some easter chocolate as a wee treat Grin

Next week will be a gain. It’s toddler blondes 4th birthday Sunday. 2nd in lockdown :(

It’s my son’s 8th birthday on Easter Sunday, his 2nd in lockdown too.

Didn’t have my rum last night, I had a cup of tea and a packet of mini party rings (4.5 syns) instead.

Today’s meals
B - multigrain hoops (heb) & milk (hea)
L - baked potato, cottage cheese (1 syn), salad, dressing (0.5 syns)
D - will be homemade chilli con carne with rice, salad, cheese (hea), and maybe some tortilla chips once I work out the syns

L - Asda balls (4), Aldi veg soup (2.5) and pasta
D - Quorn fajitas (1.5) with 2 WW wraps (HExB plus 5.5) and cheese (HExA), lime yogurt, salad. Ice cream (4)

I feel very proud of myself.

Well after only just restarting, it’s already gone wrong 🙈. My sister went into labour on Thursday so I went to her house straight from work to look after my niece. Didn’t have any time to think about food and they didn’t have much in so ended up ordering a takeaway. I stayed the night and was there all day yesterday just grazing on whatever was available. Going back today so that BIL can go back up to the hospital so I will try to be more prepared!

On the plus side I do have a beautiful healthy new nephew 🥰.

Yesterday:
B - WW wrap (HExB) with Richmond Meat Free Sausages (3), mushrooms, cheese (2x HExA) and Morrisons BBQ Bourbon sauce (0.5)
L - pasta, Richmond sausages (6), sweetcorn and salad cream (4), banana and pear
D - mushroom orzo with salad, Alpro Greek yogurt (1.5)

Also did 3km on my new exercise bike. It's small, but better than nothing

feel like I've lost my way a bit today.. way over syns but only on 1400 cals which is fine I suppose but this is the reason I need to do SW and CC, if I just counted cals I would use them all on chocolate.. just really craving it today and tomorrow DM and me are going to B&M which means a McDonald's lunch so can only assume Friday will be a wee gain!

L - leftover fajita (HEB, HEA, 1.5 syns)

T - spag bol with cheese (HEA) and garlic bread (5)

S - a bounty, quavers, skinny crunch and a viennese whirl Blush ffs

L - cheese (hea) and ham omelette, salad, light mayo (0.5 syns)
D - 2 skinny sausages (1), sweet potato, carrots, cauliflower, gravy (1). Strawberries, raspberries and fat free Greek yog for pudding.
S - fruit, skinny whip bar (4.5), salt & vinegar ringos (3)

Yesterday:

B - grapefruit
L - chicken salad with cheese (hea) and dressing (1)
D - chicken fajitas with rice (7.5 syns for a tortilla wrap and salsa)
S - fruit, toast (heb) with jam (1)

had my McDonald's, it was delicious I must say but the syns.. Blush

L - mcchicken sandwich meal with a diet coke (19.5 syns for the sandwich and 12 for the fries, lol) in my defence I managed to say no to the mozzarella dippers as well as the creme egg mcflurry which took really serious willpower

T - cheese toastie (HEA x2 and HEB) with tomato soup

don't think I can justify snacks! but did go to B&M and managed to get my hands on the chocolate orange skinny whip bars, really excited about those. still not found the peanut skinny dream bars Sad

D SW lasagne (my first SW ready meal and it was fine, not the best lasagne I ever had but not terrible), fibre one bar (4)
S banana, toffees (13)

Today
B weetabix (HEXB) skimmed milk (HEXA) and pear
L butternut squash and red pepper soup, mullerligt (0.5)
D pasta bolognese with cheese (HEXA), muller bliss (5)
S popcorn (4.5), maybe a fibre one bar later (4)

Been terrible this week, celebrating the new baby and then lots of chocolate and Prosecco at work yesterday to celebrate the end of term! No more excuses now though, back on track today!

So one tired day turned into a few with some health scares across family members. I need to get this sorted and back on track.

Made the chunky peanut chilli from the Mirror supplement last night (I think, saw a photo on a FB group) and it was lovely. Thought it'd take ages to cook but it was actually super fast.

Meal planning not going too well, no idea what’s for dinner, need to have some speed foods...
