Well done everyone for your maintains, I fear a gain is on the cards for me tomorrow lol

I just can't be bothered today, not in the mood to think about food I just want convenience so that probably won't help me out tomorrow either.

L - bns soup (HEA) with a bagel thin (HEB) and some garlic and herb cream cheese (1.5)

T - honestly no idea yet

S - 3/4 of a kitkat chunky Confused for 7 syns and some quavers (4, I know it should be 4.5 but I share them with the dogs lol)

JingleAndTonic · 18/03/2021 15:46

will have to rake in the outside freezer for something to eat for tea but went out at lunch for my bagel and there was a giant eight legged beast guarding the freezer, not sure I feel like tackling him again, no idea how I'm going to survive living alone Blush

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/03/2021 16:15

@waterlane i have the same weakness! My meals are all really good, I’m usually good about snacking during the day but evening comes and I just want to eat everything i shouldn’t Blush I know there’s no “shouldn’t” with SW but it’s more the quantity that’s bad!

JingleAndTonic · 18/03/2021 21:17

thank god the spider isn't coming with me, he is big enough you could put him in a tank and he'd pass as a pet tarantula Grin think i'm going to get some of those beastie screens for my windows to stop unwanted creepy crawlers coming in while the windows are open!

we're getting an iceland in my town! so excited because the nearest one just now is quite a journey away and in the next council area so not been able to go for ages, will definitely get a korma next time i go. the sausage pasta is nice too. it's great that if they're good you get the recipe to make it on the packaging, have done that a few times to save trudging back!

for tea i ended up having popcorn chicken, the naked oven chips and mayflower gravy Blush it was really quite naughty but so tasty!

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/03/2021 21:40

Yesterday - I have 15 syns a day to play with but allow an extra 20 syns for the weekend:

Breakfast - porridge (HE) and sugar (2);
Lunch - chicken thighs, sweetcorn and 2 carrots;
Snacks - 2 apples, 2 satsumas;
Evening - stir fry and then the real fun begins!
Evening snacks - 2 Rich Tea light biscuits (3); cheese (allowance) and 3 crispbread (4.5); one high protein ice cream lolly (4.5).

All of the above fairly typical for a weekday's eating.

At weekends I treat myself to a Hagan Daaz salted caramel lolly (12) hence the extra 20 syns.

I have been losing weight very gradually, slowly but surely. Really happy with my progress so far.

Yes, it was really hard going and so demotivating at the start, I was really tempted to jack it in! But then I thought of the alternative - that sensation of the fat slowly creeping back on, and the slow tightening of all my beautiful clothes!

So I opted instead for the sensation of the fat slowly creeping away and gradual easing of all my clothes. Do hang on in there - even if the scales say no, it will be all slowly working behind the scenes.
