Unfortunately this particular sausage pasta recipe is a family favoured and hard to cheat Jamie Oliver recipe

www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pasta-recipes/spicy-sausage-fusilli/

I have swopped wine for a wine stock pot & use spray oil & don't use quite so much sausagemeat but you do need the really decent ones for the flavour which are quite fatty.

I'll try your one @Blondeshavemorefun sounds good

Hi all.not been on for a few days.

Welcome @Userss88!

Today's meals have been really nice...

B.... porridge with banana sliced in and blueberries

Snack.....hifi bar 3 syns

L... homemade minestrone soup absolutely loved it and have frozen some portions. Think I added too much pasta so it was more like a stew though 🤣

D.... fakeaway nandos. 6 syns for pitta stuffed with chicken cooked in one of those nando bag sachet things. Not sure on syns but surely can't be much. SW.coleslaw I got a.coleslaw mix from asda which is basically shredded veg and added some FF greek yogurt to it. And corn on the cob without butter and I didnt miss the butter.

@LeftyLou am doing the Hunters Chicken tonight. Got the SW recipe and the Pon one and can't decide which to do.....so am doing a mixture, hope its not a recipe for disaster! Presume you did the pon recipe?

LeftyLou · 28/03/2022 21:20

I did yes and highly recommend! I am not sure on the syn value but I reckon low. Perhaps 1 or 2? If using cheese as hexa. How did you get on? Hope you enjoyed it Smile

Can I (re) join?? Started SW again 6 weeks ago and I've lost 10.5lbs. Completely fell off the wagon last week and skipped weigh in (I know I should have still gone...) Been on plan this week so hoping I've pulled it back- I weigh again tomorrow

B: Porridge (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA) and blueberries
L: Chicken and pasta salad (2 syns for olive oil) twiglets (4) Skinny whip bar (3)
D: Planning a syn free beef casserole with winter veg pack

BirdSanctuary · 31/05/2022 12:55

Hi! Can I join too? For much needed inspiration!
Joined 4 weeks ago and I'm down 12 lbs. Stone certificate on Saturday hopefully.
Enjoying it & benefits for all family. Do get stuck in a rut though with same meals at times.
Today:
Breakfast - 0% Greek style yoghurt A and grapefruit
Lunch - 3 egg omelette with 60g cheddar (2 x HEA) and onions
Dinner tonight will be - Iceland SW meal, Chicken Tikka Rogan Josh with Uncle Ben's Wholegrain Rice (3 syns)
Will have my daily 21.5g Curly Wurly which I freeze and it lasts aaaaages!!
Looking forward to the support I'll get here. 😊

BirdSanctuary · 31/05/2022 12:59

BBQ tip - Iceland do whole frozen sea bass. Defrost, add cherry tomatoes, onions, pepper etc, cook in tin foil on BBQ. Freeeee! And I could have a glass of very guilt free wine.
